serene and breathtaking surroundings with others. Located on a Tumalalud Mambusao Capiz.
The design and construction of Sawamura’s Resort were thoughtfully planned to blend seamlessly with the natural
landscape. Every detail, from the architecture to the interior design, was meticulously selected to create a harmonious and
calming atmosphere for guests.
To ensure the utmost privacy and exclusivity, the resort is nestled in a secluded area away from bustling tourist spots.

after deducting the cost from the capital is 5,000,000.
This remaining amount of 20,000,000 could be used for other expenses that may arise during the construction process
or for additional amenities or features that may be added to the resort. It is important to note that unforeseen circumstances
may occur during construction, so it is always advisable to have a contingency fund available to cover any unexpected
expenses.
