Dear Aspirants,

Congratulations to all those who have qualified for Provisional Admission to Class XI (2023-24) in the aptitude
test conducted on 24.03.2023.

As per the result declared on 24.03.2023 all the parents are required to complete the provisional admission
formalities by 31.03.2023, and it is required by all selected students to fill in the below attached forms and
submit the same along with 1st instalment fee payment receipt to school office either physically or vide
scanned copy to be mailed to erp@sapsbokaro.in on or before 31.03.2023.

For those who did not get qualified in the aptitude test could reappear in the 2 nd Phase of Aptitude test to be
conducted on 31.03.2023 at school campus from 11:30 AM to 2:30PM. Reporting time is 11:00 AM

Undertaking Cum Rules and Regulations

with Registration No ....................... undertake that I/we have read and understood the Admission Rules and
Regulations laid down by the School and agree to abide by them.

2. I/We hereby authorize the persons as stated on Page 2 of this form to act as Local Guardian for my/our
son/daughter. I/We also delegate my/our responsibility to him and authorize him to take necessary decisions
and actions in my/our absence.

3. I/We certify that my/our residential address and the Local Guardians address and contact details as
mentioned on Page 2 of this form are correct. In case of any change, I/we will intimate the same to the school
management within 3 days.

4. My/Our ward will not indulge in any act of RAGGING. If he/she is found indulging in any such act or
misbehaviour, disciplinary action may be initiated against him/her and he/she may be expelled from the
school if found guilty.
5. My/Our ward will be responsible for any damages which are caused by my/our ward in the school premises,
and the same shall be recovered from us along with fine for misconduct.

6. We assure that we both would be present in every PTA of the school or as and when required by the school
to know the progress and development of our ward.

7. I/We assure that we shall check the school website i.e. www.sapsbokaro.in and Student’s Login through ERP
portal preferably daily for ensuring the compliance of the school instruction and related issues there to.

8. I/We certify that all information related to my/our ward is correct and complete. Further, if the same is not
found correct during school’s check-up, the admission of our ward shall be cancelled.
9. I/We assure that I/we will extend full cooperation to the School authorities in the interest of my/our ward.

10. I will pay the school fees regularly within the stipulated date as mentioned by the school authority failing
which I understand that the same would result in additional late fines, penalties along with strict actions as
set out in school norms.

11. I understand that, incase of admission of my ward to Class XI during 2023 - 24 and the decision to withdraw
my ward at a later stage before commencement of the academic session of 2023-24 an amount of Rs.
19,000/- will be deducted as the Processing charge and the balance amount will be refunded.

12. In case I fail to abide by the above-mentioned condition, action / decision taken by the school for my ward
shall be binding on me.

13. The School reserves the right to cancel admission of any student if it is found that the declaration/certificate
submitted at the time of admission is found to be false/improper.

14. We, on behalf of our ward, hereby, undertake to abide by all the notifications/ instructions/circulars issued
by the school from time to time.
15. Admission will be provisional till all the documents are submitted to the School and subject to realization of
payment.
16. We understand and agree to remit payment of fee and complete the admission formalities within the
stipulated date mentioned in Admission form, failing which, provisional admission will stand cancelled.

17. Non-compliance of admission formalities and submission of documents within the time allotted of
provisional admission would nullify the admission and any fees submitted would be forfeited.

18. Other rules & regulations except above shall be in consonance with the description there to, incorporated in
the school dairy.

FEE STRUCTURE FOR NON-SAPS STUDENTS SELECTED FOR PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO


STD - XI (2023 – 2024)

CHARGEABLE FEES FOR NON-SAPS STUDENTS

➢ Admission Fees : ` 25,300/- (One-time fee)


➢ Building Fund : ` 6,600/- (One-time fee)
➢ Caution Deposit (Refundable) : ` 2,500/- (One-time fee)
➢ Annual Assessment / Exam Fee for 2023 – 24 : ` 9,635/- (payable once in a year at the
time of admission)
➢ Technology Fee for 2023 – 24 : ` 1,690/- (Payable once in a year at the
time of admission)
➢ Bus Fee (Optional) : ` 1,000/- Per month (Payable for 11
months)
➢ Tuition Fee : `3,400/- Per month (Payable for 12
months)
➢ Lab Fee : `140/- Per month per lab subject (Payable
for 12 months)
1ST Instalment amount to be deposited at the time of PROVISIONAL ADMISSION
First instalment for admissions would be: -
Science – Rs. 35,799/- (Admission Fee ` 25,300/- + Caution deposit ` 2,500/- + ATC Fee ` 7,999/-)
Commerce – Rs. 33,799/- (Admission Fee ` 25,300/- + Caution deposit ` 2,500/- + ATC Fee ` 5,999/-)
And the above fees are to be deposited within 03 days (i.e., from 25.03.2023 to 27.03.2023) either
Online or at school counter from the date of selection. The receipt of fee submitted is to be produced at the
school office on or before 31.03.2023 to complete the remaining procedure of admissions.

2nd Instalment Fees (To be paid by 12th May 2023)

Note :
1. The above instalments could also be paid one time only to confirm the Provisional
Admission.
2. In case of any withdrawal before beginning of new session (2023-2024), the deposited
amount shall be refunded after deduction of Rs. 19,000/-
