Method:-
Cut the cauliflower into small flowerettes. Wash, drain and place them on a tray.
Then sprinkle salt and yellow chilli powder on the flowerettes.
Make a batter of ginger and garlic paste, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder, ajwain, gram
flour, and lemon juice.
Coat the flowerettes with the batter.
Dip the flowerettes into gram flour batter and shallow fry them. Once fried, remove them and
drain the oil.
Now place the flowerettes onto a skewer and cook them in a hot tandoor until crisp.
Sprinkle a little bit of kebab masala on the tandoori ghobhi and serve hot.
