    The First Year Federated Organization is scheduled to convene its first regular gathering on
    Saturday, September 16, 2023, starting from 8:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at DComC Multi-
    Purpose Hall, Salvacion, Daraga, Albay, with the following topics on the agenda:

    1. Creation of the Constitution and Bylaws


    2. Discussion on Accreditation Requirements
    3. Preliminary planning for activities in the Academic Year 2023-2024
    4. Any other relevant matters

    In connection with this, we kindly request your understanding and consideration in allowing the
    students involved in this meeting to be excused from their respective classes. Enclosed herewith is the
