Morality- a person who respects the opinion and beliefs of other persons.

organization and does not violate any thereof.
Loyalty- his devotion to duty is incorruptible.
Discretion- good in making responsible decisions.
Character- a person who is nice and unselfish.
Reputation- maintained a good reputation without any bad record from his colleagues.
Morality- this person is a decent and incorruptible in relation to her work as a public servant.
Integrity- making reasoned decisions without bias by fair and objective process.
Loyalty- doing her job in the most efficient manner.
Discretion- makes decision inclined to the PNP code of ethics.
Character- shows empathy to her subordinates, and can manage emotions effectively.
Reputation- maintain a good person from his subordinates and respected by his inferiors
Morality- a reputable person who is trusted and respected by anyone who knows him.
Integrity- not allowing decisions or actions to be influenced by personal or private interest.
Loyalty- inclined with the code of ethics and never been involved in any illegal activities.
Discretion- handles work pressure with knowledge and vigilance.
Character- a simple and friendly person, easy to be with.
Reputation- as of this time, never been engaged in any illegal activities that might destroy his
reputation.
Morality- the subject is a good follower, respect the decisions of the higher ranking officer.
Integrity- set a good example to his subordinates and follow good example to his superiors.
Loyalty- this person has the sincerity and honesty in doing his job.

Discretion- doing the right thing in his job without being told.
Character- a humble and kind person, compliment his colleagues.
Reputation- has a good service record and remain a good moral person in the organization.
Morality- a good example to other PNCO abide the rules and regulations of the PNP code of
ethics.
Integrity- a person who can be trusted and will not involve in illegal activities that will destroy
the image of PNP.
Loyalty- does not solicit any political patronage that will involve to his work.
Discretion- acts in authority and judgement inclined with the law.
Character- a person who being consistent in what he do, ensure that he will do his best in work.
Reputation- this person gained a good reputation to the organization because of his simplicity
and humility.
Morality- a decent person with good manners and respect his superiors and inferiors.
Integrity- a reputable person does not make any actions against the law.
Loyalty- as far as I know this person does not involve in any illegal activities.
Discretion- knows how to exercise his authority as a public servant and knows that it has limits.
Character- a person who has a compassion in his work, never leave the things undone.
Reputation- friendly to his counterparts and remain to have a good reputation in the
organization.
Morality- a person who can be trusted and never provoke any subordinates.
Integrity- follow orders given by superiors and maintain good and harmonious relationships
with colleagues.
Loyalty- prevent improper conduct, does not disclose any information from any person who has
no authority.
Discretion- a person who thinks carefully and exercising caution before taking action.
Morality- a good fellow to his subordinates, does not make dishonor to his organization.
Integrity- does not speak negatively of others or using unprofessional language

Integrity- strive to produce high-quality work on time, regardless of the task

Discretion- has the courage and initiative to do what is right.
Character- do his best ability to finish his task, a humble and friendly person.
Reputation- known to be a hard working and humble, not known to be a troublemaker.
Morality- a discipline person, abide the rules and regulations of the organization.
Integrity- exercise proper and legitimate use of authority in the performance of duty.
Loyalty- does not do any dishonest practices that may bring dishonor to the organization.
Discretion- a person who uses precaution before doing actions.
Character- a person who is committed to his work can be relied to the task given to him.
Reputation- known to be friendly and maintain a good rapport to his colleagues.
Morality- respect and obey lawful orders coming from the superior officers.
Integrity- making reasoned decisions without bias.
Loyalty- has the commitment in doing task as directed by superior officers.
Discretion- make decisions in accordance with the law and accept responsibilities given by
superior officers.
Character- boost the morale of others, encourage and support them to achieved the given task.
Reputation- gained his reputation of being friendly and communicate with respect to his
superiors and inferior.
Morality- respect the constitutional rights of man, does not involved in any kind of torture or
degrading a person.
Integrity- a responsible public servant, does not use his authority in personal interest.
Loyalty- devoted to public service, does not involved in any illegal activities that may distroy his
character and the image of organization.
Discretion- has the capability in decision making, do his job with sincerity.
Character- willing to put extra effort to ensure things are done completely and correctly.
Reputation- maintain a good reputation to his superiors and inferiors.
