    Greetings of peaceful and blessed day!

    In the interest of a service, We the SIMONE HIGH SCHOOL teachers requesting to your good
    office to retrieve the one teacher, JENNIFER D. PACLEB

    a. I am a resident of Poblacion, Kabacan, North Cotabato. I live there together with my family so it
    is more convenient if I will be working at the nearest municipality.

    b. I will be more productive and more effective teacher if my station is near to my residence, and

    c. I have been travelling over a hundred kilometers long. Considering the distance and climate, it is
    very risky and tedious in my part to travel.

    I’m hoping and praying that this application will merit your consideration.
