C.1 INTRODUCTION
The Internet is an invaluable source of information for cost engineers and
project managers, if you know where to look. This appendix provides many
different Internet addresses of value. The listing is far from complete but does
provide a representative sample of the major web sites in each listed category.
The addresses provided are those felt to have a reasonable probability of not
changing in the foreseeable future. However, the Internet is very fluid and it is
probable that at least a few of these addresses will change, if for no other
reason than corporate mergers or changes of corporate names in coming
years. Should any address change and no longer be valid, conduct a search
