MAIN TOPIC: Life [Intro]

-Life is described as a journey full of possibilities, and decisions that we have to


make as we continue to grow as a person, using this mind map that me and my
group mates have created, it will help break the topic down into various sub-topics
like for example personal growth, and the different branches that has their own
impact that they make in our life. Providing us with a clearer visual, of how they
influence our lives and of how much they play a part in it when it comes to finding the
purpose that we’re trying to look for in our lives.
Now that I’ve elaborated on the purpose of our mind map about life, I’d like to
introduce to you the first subtopic, Personal development.

SUB TOPIC: Personal Development


-Hello, my name is [insert your name], and i’m here to elaborate on one of the first
subtopics , Personal Development. Now since we’re IN Personal Development, you
probably have an idea of what this already is. Personal development is defined as
activities that are designed to improve your talents, your potential, and even the way
you live. Any time that you are consciously making an effort to improve yourself, you
are participating in personal development. This is essentially the very foundation that
helps us as people to develop in other branches of life. In this subtopic it shows that
Personal Development consists of activities that develop a person's capabilities and
potential. The question most people are probably wondering is how can this be
effective? Well, if you were to play your part and put in the effort, by the use of
activities such as setting goals and learning new skills will be able to help us improve
and reach our full potential. By doing these we are actively working towards
improving ourselves.

SUB TOPIC: Relationship


Ahem! Next topic is Relationships! I think it's pretty obvious by now that we are
bound to interact with someone, and whether we like it or not, this provides a path to
making a relationship with that person. Now the question is, what kind of relationship
really? Well honestly, there's various kinds like relationship with yourself, between
friends, family, romantically or even just that casual relationship with that one person
that you have a crush on. Ahem! Again next question is how exactly can we say that
this subtopic influences life? Well depending on the situation, relationships can either
positively or negatively influence our lives. Regardless of this though, we cannot
avoid forming relationships in life because they are essential for our emotional
well-being and social development. They help us connect with others, build support
networks, and navigate through life’s many challenges. Relationships are a
fundamental part of life that contribute to our growth and fulfilment.

experience because they're single

SUB TOPIC: Values and Beliefs
To start this off, values are described as something that helps shape a society by
suggesting what is good and bad, beautiful and ugly, to be sought or avoided. While
Beliefs are convictions that people hold to be true. Together, these are the principles
in our life that help guide us to make the right decisions, to know what we think we
should do in order to shape our relationships, and give meaning to our lives. In
summary, They act as a compass, that influences how we approach challenges in
our day-to-day and help us understand what we truly believe is right based on our
beliefs and what things we value and give importance to.
Speaking of challenges, why was this included in the mind map? Aren’t challenges a
bad thing since they often slow us down in terms of moving on from different stages
in our life?

Despite often being one of the main reasons that hinders our ability to develop as we
go through life, it is also essential because it pushes us to learn, to grow, and to

resilience, and even makes us question the life that we have. From this alone, it
helps us develop problem-solving skills, resilience, and gain new perspectives on
how we see and appreciate life, ultimately making us stronger and more capable for
the many more challenges that will come our way in the future. Keep in mind that we
all face hardships in different, if not, every stage of our life. It is our own choice
whether to face these challenges or not because in the end it is from these hardships
that we learn to navigate and continue to develop ourselves in order to adapt.

Speaking of having the ability to adapt in a challenging situation, what about the
sub-topic of how we choose to live every day, or as you can call it, lifestyle. Lifestyle
refers to the way we live our everyday life; this includes our daily habits, routines,
and just our overall way of living. Our lifestyle choices, such as how we manage our
time, the activities we engage in, and the environments we surround ourselves with,
play a significant role in shaping our overall well-being and happiness. By being
mindful of our daily routines and making intentional decisions, we can create a more
balanced and fulfilling life that aligns with our personal values and goals. Additionally,
