CONTEXTUALIZING DEVELOPMENTS
SINCE 2020
The Status Quo Pre-2020
For decades, populations have been kept in check through a
combination of:

1. neoliberal economics
2. the international monetary and financial system
3. the propaganda system
4. the “War on Terror” security paradigm

All of these control mechanisms entered crisis leading up to 2020

 World Inequality Report 2022 (Chancel et al., 2022)

• 38% of global wealth growth 1995-2021 accrued

to the richest 1%, most of it to the top 0.001%
• The poorest half of humanity captured only 2%
of the growth

The Propaganda System
• The Western propaganda system has been
essential to the manufacturing of consent in
liberal democracies for at least a century

• It was undermined by the rise of independent

media and citizen journalism

• More and more people came to see through the

lies, e.g. around “9/11”

• The “Russian disinformation” narrative (2016)

as a pretext for censorship as narrative control
start to slip
 The “War on Terror”
• Used to legitimize aggressive military
measures abroad

• A pretext for repressive “emergency”

measures at home: the citizenry cedes
liberties and does as it is told in exchange for
“security.” More terror = greater social control

• Yet, a proliferation of terror attacks (2015-

2017) was not enough to prevent protests
from assuming a socially progressive form
(van der Pijl, 2022, pp. 54-64), culminating in
the worldwide protests of 2019

2020: Time for a

Paradigm Shift
The “pandemic” was used as the
pretext for beginning the
transformation of existing
governance paradigms “top to

The “Great Reset” is code for a

top-down revolution on a global
scale (cf. Hughes, 2024b, pp. 17-
19). The aim is to remake all of
society in the preferred image of
the ruling class
 The New Control Paradigm:
Technocracy
• Dates back to the 1930s, but new technologies
render it feasible for the first time
• Capitalism is replaced by a centrally managed
economy in which everything and everyone is
digitally monitored and controlled
• An all-digital financial system will give central
banks direct control over the means of exchange
• Democracy is replaced by the A.I.-enabled
scientific management of society (viz. social
credit scoring)
• A novel, biodigital form of totalitarianism
“Smart Cities”: Epitome of Technocracy
“Smart cities pullulat[ing] with censors, all
joined together by the internet of things,
bollards communing invisibly with lampposts.
But this technology could also be used to keep
every citizen under round-the-clock surveillance
[…] Digital authoritarianism is not, alas, the
stuff of dystopian fantasy but of an emerging
reality” (Johnson, 2019).

The War for Technocracy

• Historically, sociopolitical and economic
change on the scale of the “Great Reset”
has only been possible through world war
• Global technocracy can only be instituted
through world war
• We now find ourselves in World War III,
which assumes the form of a global class
war (Hughes, 2024a, Chapter 1)

 World War III
WWIII looks nothing like WWI or WWII, just
as they did not resemble anything seen
before (Corbett, 2020). The aims,
strategies, tactics, and weapons are all
different

However, the outcomes of WWIII, in terms

of lives lost and the manifestation of
previously unimaginable horrors, will be the
same, unless those behind the war can be
stopped
 MNIWAR: Characteristics
• WWIII is an Omniwar, i.e. war waged across every domain of life, but
clandestinely, so that the public does not recognise it as such

• Omniwar is war waged by the few against the many. A proportionately

miniscule transnational ruling class seeks to use its control over the means
of production to subjugate, and ultimately enslave, the rest of humanity

• Amounts to a global counterinsurgency campaign, with dissidents set to

replace “terrorists” as the enemy using the infrastructure established
through the “War on Terror” (cf. Valentine, 2017, p. 64)
“an all-out war that is being waged against all of us
[…] right now, and it is a battle for full-spectrum
dominance over every single aspect of your life: your
movements and interactions, your transactions, even
your innermost thoughts and feelings and desires.
Governments the world over are working with
corporations to leverage technology to control you
down to the genomic level, and they will not stop
until each and every person who resists them is
subdued or eliminated” (Corbett, 2022)
 A Stealth War
“How is it possible that for some it is very clear that we are facing a coup,
revolution or even Third World War, while for others everything is seeming
‘normal’?” (van Hamelen, 2022)

• The Omniwar is a stealth war, designed to stay hidden, lest the population
realize what is happening (risk of mass resistance/revolution)
• Nothing like the Omniwar has been seen before
• Cognition and rationality are under attack
• Military-grade perception management techniques are being deployed
• Many of the weapons are invisible; some may involve classified technologies
• The sheer scale/evil of the assault is traumatic and difficult to comprehend
THE WEAPONIZATION OF EVERYTHING
Attacks on the Mind/Brain
• Psychological warfare (Hughes, 2024a)

• Cognitive warfare – “the art of using technology to

alter the cognition of human targets, who are often
unaware of any such attempt […]” (Claverie & du
Cluzel, 2022, 2-1), viz. social media, psychographics
• Electromagnetic warfare (Glaser et al., 1976;
Department of Defence, 2012; Regenstein, 2023;
Hughes, 2024c, 2024d)
• Neurological warfare (Giordano, 2012, 2017, 2018) –
direct brain manipulation
Weaponized “Healthcare”
Deprivation of necessary healthcare in the
name of reconfiguring health services to deal
with “Covid-19” (Triggle & Jeavans, 2021;
Spectator, n.d.; Stevens & Pritchard, 2020)

Public health as death by stealth (Hughes,

Outcome: 7.6 million NHS patients waiting

for treatment today vs. fewer than 4 million
at the start of 2020 – a sicker population

governments positioned as the “single source

on protests, place limits on
journalism, and allow governments

• Covid restrictions on face-to-face education had
“significant and adverse impacts on children’s
learning” (Cabinet Office, 2021)
• Children were traumatized by being treated as
biohazards capable of “killing granny” and being forced
to wear face masks (Hughes, 2024a, p. 91)
• “Lockdowns” led to increased levels of domestic
violence and PTSD (WHO, 2021, p.4)
• Children were unnecessarily targeted for dangerous
experimental injections (Hughes, 2022)
• A worldwide paedophile network reaches into the
highest echelons of power (Fitts & Rappoport, 2017)
I could go on…

• The war on the elderly (covert euthanasia measures such as the

midazolam scandal, promotion of assisted dying, removal of the UK
winter fuel payment for 9.5 million pensioners)
• The tyranny of woke ideology in imposing a top-down identity politics
to counteract a rise in class consciousness
• Failure of captured regulators to protect the public against known
dangers of 5G, vaccines, etc.

The logic of the Omniwar is that everything that can be weaponized will
be weaponized

Let us consider some aspects of the Omniwar that warrant special

attention….
NETWORK-CENTRIC WARFARE
 Network-centric Warfare
• “Places information networks at the
center of our warfighting” (Marine
Corps War College, 1998)
• The Global Information Grid, operated
by US Strategic Command, provides
the technical infrastructure
• A “system of systems,” integrating
sensor systems, command and control
centers, and weapons platforms
• The DoD seeks to “plug every device
into it – every vehicle, every system,
every drone – to form one all-
encompassing net” (Ballard, 2014)

Warfare
Relies on information
superiority to identify,
locate, and assassinate
targets, supposedly

airstrikes in Syria and Yemen in
February 2024 (Manson, 2024)
 IDF Deployment of A.I. in Gaza
The Israeli Defense Forces used an A.I.
targeting system to single out 37,000
Palestinians as suspected militants at the
start of its war in Gaza (Robins-Early,
2024)

Since 2021, Google has had a $1.2 billion

deal with the IDF to provide cloud
computing services and A.I. capabilities
(Bhuiyan & Montgomery, 2023)
 Automating the Kill Decision

Israeli weapons company Elbit Systems (n.d.)

LANIUS can autonomously take off, navigate, determine entry points to

buildings, map the inside of unknown buildings, identify combatants and
non combatants among the building occupants, and detonate explosive
payloads (albeit with “man-in-the loop control” for the final stage)
HUMAN BEINGS AS NODES ON A
BIODIGITAL CONTROL NETWORK
What if human brains and bodies could be
hooked up to the Global Information Grid?

And what if companies such as Palantir

could manage all the resultant data?

Answer: global technocracy would be

achieved. Everything and everyone could
be controlled through scientific means

Weaponised neurotechnology can be used to:
1) assess, predict, and control particular
cognitions, emotions, and behaviors; 2)
mitigate aggression and foster cognitions,
emotions, and/or behaviors of affiliation or
passivity; 3) incur burdens of morbidity,
disability, or suffering and in this way
“neutralize” potential opponents, or 4) induce
mortality. (Giordano, 2017)

That is, it can be used to control subjective Pentagon neuroscience

experience and behavior and leave a target sick, adviser James Giordano
disabled, or dead
 Syringe-Injectable Neurotechnologies
The way it works is to “put minimal sized electrodes in a network within a
brain through only minimal intervention to be able to read and write into the
brain function, in real time, remotely” (Giordano, 2018)

Charles Lieber and his

team had successfully

rats, which seamlessly
integrated with neural
tissue (Templeton 2015;

 Crossing the BBB
• No need to inject directly into the

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MECHANISMS
 Smart Dust
a nano-swarm of biopenetrable materials that you cannot
see, that can penetrate all but the most robust, biochemical
filters, that are able to integrate themselves through a
variety of membranes, mucus membranes, and wherever –
mouth, nose, ears, eyes – [eventually diffusing directly] into
the brain space, and these can be weaponized [such] that
their presence is almost impossible to detect, and as such,
the attribution becomes exceedingly difficult to
demonstrate. (Giordano, 2018)
 Smart Dust: Delivery Mechanisms
• Injections, GMO mosquitoes, bioengineered food, and stratospheric
aerosol injection (“chemtrails”) are all potential mechanisms for
delivering smart dust/sensors into human bodies, promising “a synthetic
network on the inside which can be remotely controlled from the
outside” (Light, 2017)

• Is “stratospheric aerosol injection” (Young, 2023; Tracy et al., 2022;

Thompson, 2023), i.e. supposed plans to dim the sun, a decoy?
 Bioengineered Food
• “Pharma Food” (van Hamelen, 2022) as a
potential delivery mechanism for biotech

• The WEF’s synthetic meat and eating insects

agendas (Whiting, 2020 ; Hubert, 2021)

• The war on farmers (Vanheuckelom, 2023; van

Hamelen, 2023; Beck, 2024)

• Attacks on food manufacturing plants (Hoft,

2023; Corbett, 2023) , while Bill Gates and Ted
Turner become the largest owners of US
farmland (Scribner, 2022)

CONCLUSION
 Summary
1. The existing control system went into crisis in 2019, which is why the war
for technocracy began in 2020
2. That war assumes the form of an Omniwar, waged clandestinely against
the population across all areas of life
3. Everything that can be weaponized against the public is being weaponized
4. Network-centric warfare leverages information networks and is
increasingly powered by A.I.
5. Plans to connect human bodies to the control grid, dating back to the early
2000s, are coming to fruition via the Internet of BioNano Things
6. The brain is now targetable via syringe-injectable neurotechnologies and
”smart” dust while wireless networks are becoming inescapable
 Implications
• Like it or not, we are all combatants in World War III
• The aggressors in that war are fighting for global technocracy, a
totalitarian control system premised on biodigital technologies
• If they are successful, the result will be a novel (and potentially irreversible)
slavery system whereby technocrats have total control over your life
• Plans to engineer human bodies to render them compatible with a
ubiquitous wireless control network, camouflaged by transhumanism, are
decades in the making
• If human brains and bodies become nodes on a biodigital control grid,
remote control torture and assassination cannot be ruled out, nor can
automated decisions taken by A.I.
 Resistance
• Resistance begins by understanding what it is that we are facing. I
have sought to lay that out here
• Armed with this knowledge, each of us has a moral obligation to act:
different people bring different talents to bear, collective action is key,
defeatism is unacceptable
• Resistance is needed to all aspects of the Omniwar – find where you
can make a difference
• We have the numbers on our side – spreading awareness and
understanding is crucial
• The enemy is reliant on biodigital technologies – strategically, this is
where our attention should be focused
