    DESCRIPTION

    EM 600 is an emulsifier for use in water soluble metalworking fluids. EM 600 helps improve
    wetting characteristics, and offers lubricity and detergency for aiding in dispersion of hard water
    soaps.

    EM 600 is designed for use in soluble oils, synthetics, and semi-synthetics. Formulation
    guidelines are indicated below:

    Semi-synthetics 3-7
    Synthetics 2-5

    EM 600 should be stored in an original container or bulk storage tank. Prolonged exposure to
    0°F may result in solidification. Warming drums between 75-90°F should reverse this. Blending
    temperatures should not exceed 110°F.
