    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA / SCRUTINY CRITERIA


    SUBJECT RECRUITMENT TO ONE HUNDRED AND TWO (102) (INCLUDING
    FIVE (05) POSTS RESERVED FOR SPECIAL PERSONS QUOTA, TWO
    (02) POSTS RESERVED FOR MINORITIES QUOTA AND EIGHTEEN
    (18) POSTS RESERVED FOR WOMEN QUOTA) POSTS OF ASSISTANT
    (BS-16) ON REGULAR BASIS IN THE PUNJAB POLICE DEPARTMENT.

    QUALIFICATION:

    Bachelor’s Degree (2nd division) from a University recognized by the Higher Education
    Commission.

    AGE LIMIT: Male: 18 to 25 + 5 = 30 years

    Female: 18 to 25 + 8 = 33 years

    ADVERTISEMENT DATE: 20-09-2024


    CLOSING DATE: 07-10-2024

    The following original documents are required for eligibility of the post of Assistant
    (BS-16).
    1. Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).

    2. Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/Matric (showing date of birth) and Higher


    Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)/ Intermediate, issued by Secretary, Board of
    Intermediate and Secondary Education. In case of ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level or other then
    Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education an equivalence certificate from Inter
    Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC).

    3. Bachelor’s degree (second division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education
    Commission.
    Degree(s) and Transcripts/ Result-Cards/ DMCs showing duration of study period, Result
    Declaration Date, Obtained Marks and Total Marks or Percentage, issued by the Controller
    of Examination from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) to
    determine eligibility.

    Note: If the Degree/ Transcript/ DMC show only CGPA, a percentage certificate
    will be required from Controller of Examination.

    4. Domicile Certificate issued on or before the closing date.

    5. In case of Government Servant, Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) (available on


    PPSC’s website) duly signed and stamped by Head of the Department.

    6. Disability certificate duly issued / verified by Social Welfare Department (if applicable).

    ATTENTION:-

    Candidates are directed to visit / read relevant FAQs and instructions on PPSC website regarding
    alternate solution if they do not possess or lost any of their documents like original Domicile,
    Percentage Certificate, Equivalence Certificate and other queries.
