services to the organization are recognized and you will be rewarded with monitory benefits.

Training Period and Process:

You may be required to undergo training program each lasting for a minimum period of six days, during
your employment with the organization up on successful completion of the training program, which
includes scoring the minimum stipulated grades or passing the assessment and certification process as
mandated for the process, you may be assigned to a process team a per the organization’s decision upon
failure to complete a training program, the organization is free to take suitable action as it deems fit
which can include termination of your employment.

Probation Period:

You will be on probation for a period of six month and may be confirmed as a permanent employee up on
successful completion of your probation. The period of probation can be extended for a further period at
the sole discretion of the organization.

Notice Period:

As an employee of VIGNANA TEJA SCHOOL, you will be required to give either (a) one month’s notice or
(b) one month’s salary in lieu thereof, in case you decide to leave our services please note that
acceptance of payment in lieu of notice period is at the organization’s discretion. Notwithstanding the
above, in the event of your volition of the code of conduct and the disciplinary policy of the organization,
the organization can terminate your services by giving you up to one month’s notice.

Submission of Documents:

You are required to submit originals and a set of copies of the following documents on the date of joining
the organization.

 Failure to produce the document on the date of joining will entail suitable action by the
organization including withdrawal of employment offer & termination of employment.
 The probation period shall be extended in case of failure to submit the document.

Other terms and conditions:

You agree not to undertake employment, whether full-time or part-time, as the

Director/partner/member/employee of any other organization/entity engaged in any form of business
activity without the consent of VIGNANA TEJA SCHOOL the consent may be given subject of any terms
and conditions that the organization may think fit and may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of
the organization.

You will be governed by the rule and regulations of the organization as applicable to your category of
employees, which may change from time to time.

The organization reserves to right to request you to sign a bond under which there will be a contractual
space obligation to stay with the organization for a year from the date of joining, failing to which you will
be required to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the organization.

Ground rules for the teachers:

To make all the children of VIGNANA TEJA SCHOOL. POWERFUL EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT,
every teacher working here must adhere to the following rules.

1. I agree to be 100% committed and participate fully in all the activities during my
work in this school.
2. Honest and integrity: I will be honest and maintain during the entire teaching
program.
3. I will not talk with the fellow teachers during the class hours and after the class
hours unless there is a need for me to interact and I will direct my attention to the
teaching, learning activities all the time in the school.
4. I will be punctual for all the sessions and classes. I understand that being late would
slow the pace of the teaching-learning programme. I will be considerate and be on
time always.
5. To make all the students effective communicators in English, I will always converse
in English (Telugu and Hindi teachers are exempted).
6. I will strictly follow the instructions given by the management for the development
of the school.
7. I will not avail leave without prior intimation or permission.

8. I will be 100% responsible if ay corporal punishment is given to the students by me

against the law.
9. I will be impartial while teaching and evaluating the students.
10. I will render my services when special classes and study hours are arranged for the
development of the students without any extra remuneration.
11. I will not run tutorials & tuitions outside our school campus without obtaining
permission from the school management.
12. I will treat all my superiors and fellow teachers with respect. I will be always
courteous polite and respectful.
13. I will not cause any inconvenience in the campus with my misbehaviour and
personal activities which will hinder the development of the school.
14. I will not involve or indulge in the formation of any union against this institution.
15. I will not promote and propagate any religion in the school campus. I will treat
everyone equal.
16. I will deposit all my original certificates in the office of the school as desired by the
management.
17. I will be held responsible for the mistakes I do in correcting the notebooks and test
papers.
18. I will not use vulgar language and abuse any one during my work period.
19. I will strive hard to impart quality education to all the children.
20. I will always keep the classroom and school premises clean and proper. It is my duty
during the school hours to do my best to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the
school.
21. If I fail to observe the rules and guidelines given by the management, the
management has every right to terminate me from my services.
22. I will not use cell phones to during working hours. If I am found casing cell phones, I
will pay the fine as announced.

I hereby agree to make these rules my own and abide by them. I know that breaking the rules will
lead to dire consequences.
