comprehensive multi-sectoral development plan
to be initiated by its development council and
approved by its sanggunian.” (Sec. 106, RA 7160)
 The Plan with which the LGU promotes the
general welfare of its inhabitants in its capacity
as a corporate body.

It comprised of all institutions, agencies,

individuals, and resources that are targeted
towards a specific goal.
 Dr. Dennis M. Booth, City Administrator, gave his opening remarks addressed to
all project implementers and commended them their unwavering dedication in
OPENING REMARKS achieving high impact programs and project that will contribute to the
development and progress of the entire City.
 Ms. Regina S. Delos Reyes, City Planning and Development Coordinator,

PLANNING OVERVIEW gave an overview regarding the importance of updating all those
development plans so that we can review our programs and projects in
alignment to the fast-paced development in our City.
 Ms. Ruby Ann C. Baltazar, Head, Monitoring and Evaluation Division,
PERCEPTION SURVEY presented the Perception Survey Result/Analysis. The survey result served as
a pre-planning tool that guided and helped all the project implementers to
RESULT/ANALYSIS 2023 evaluate the impact of their programs and projects as perceived by the
constituents, including the present challenges that needs to be resolved.
 Ms. Melanie N. Villano, Head, Institutional Division, gave an overview of
OVERVIEW OF DIFFERENT Comprehensive Development Plans (CDP) , Local Development
Investment Program (LDIP) and Annual Investment Program (AIP). She
DEVELOPMENTAL PLANS also discussed the Planning and Budgeting Process/Cycle and the
different LGU plans mandated by laws.
 Ms. Fatima D.R. Belicario, Project Evaluation Office II, presented the list
PPAs in the Comprehensive Development Plans (2021-2026) and Local
UPDATING OF COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT Development Investment Program (2021-2023) subject for review and
PLAN (CDP) AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT evaluation of different project implementers, for them to identify PPAs that
INVESTMENT PROGRAM (LDIP) needs to be removed, retained and to be included in the updating of those
developmental plans.
PARTICIPANTS FEEDBACK AND Participants from different departments and offices gave their queries
and feedback concerning the different presentation given by the
RECOMMENDATION facilitators.
