NOT ALL AIRLINES HAVE AGREEMENTS WITH SOUTHWEST AIRLINES. ALL OF THE AIRLINES WITH ZED FARE AGREEMENTS/
NEGOTIATIONS ARE LISTED IN THIS INFORMATIONAL PACKET AS WELL AS WHO IS ELEGIBLE AND WHAT THE ESTIMATED PRICE
BREAKDOWN WOULD BE FOR THE FARE BASED UPON THE THREE CLASSIFICATIONS OF ZED FARES LISTED IN THIS PACKET.
BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR PASSPORT AND CREDIT CARD HANDY WHILE BOOKING A ZED FARE LISTING.
UNFLOWN/UNUSED SEGMENT(S) CAN BE REFUNDED IN FULL. CERTAIN REFUND TIME RESTRICTIONS VARY AT AIRLINE’S DISCRETION.

ZED General Information
• What is ZED?
– ZED is an industry term for reduced-cost standby tickets. It stands for Zonal Employee Discount. This is a
multilateral agreement, created in 1994 by Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Lufthansa,
walk-up “Y” fare), these rates are often higher but nontheless considerably generous and consistent.

(Please be aware that depending on when the refund is processed, it may take one to two billing cycles to
show on your credit card statement, though generally refunds are posted to your account within a few
business days.)

• How to calculate ZED Fares:
– If you would like a price quote for a carrier that is in the myIDtravel system, you will need to log on through
SWALife and visit the Travel Tab in order to start your price quote. In some rare circumstances, you may be

• Need to Know
– You must be with the Company a minimum of 6 months to be eligible for ZED passes.
– All passes are valid for 90 days.
– All passes are refundable up to a year from the date of issue, including partially unused passes.
– Fulltime students between the ages of 19-24 (eligibility ceases on the dependent’s 24th birthday) are
eligible for ZED passes so long as the Employee Engagement & Travel Department receives information
verifying fulltime status at the beginning of each school year.

Please be at the airport at least 90mins prior the flight.If you are not at the aircraft within 30mins prior departure, will result in a “no-show”. Identification:To prevent
misusing of this platform provided by ECA, every passenger must identify him/herself with a valid company ID. If an eligible traveler is traveling without the primary
crewmember/employee, they must identify themselves to Excellentair crew using a screenshot or printout of myIDTravel showing their passenger registration. Eligible
persons are: Spouse, Children (0 - 24yrs), and Parents. If the appropriate identification cannot be made by our crew, Excellentair reserves the right to deny transportation.

Ticket Pickup: Ticketing is currenlty manual - therefore please contact ID@nordica.ee at least few business days before travel! If you get payment error please send
requested flights to ID@nordica.ee and we will issuse staff ticket manually onto our flights. If your e-ticket starts with e-ticket number 080 or 121 then your listing is created
automatically. If your e-ticket number starts with some other combination of numbers then please contact your staff travel department to obtain the listing requirements.
NB! Tickets to/from RUSSIA: Ticketing is manual, therefore contact ID@nordica.ee for ZED/MIBA tickets!
† PADAVIATION (PVD): Booking: All required information for the available flights can be found on the following website:
https://traveller.padaviation.com (Username: Traveller) (Password: P@D@v1@t10n#723). All available flights for the next 3 days will be displayed. How to fly with us: After
having booked a flight with PADAVIATION, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. This email functions as your flight ticket. Information like crew
details and handling details will be provided by PADAVIATION one day prior to the flight via email. Please contact sales@padaviation.com if you would like to travel with a
co-worker or if you have any questions. Any expenses paid by the passenger(s) arising as a result of the cancellation will not be reimbursed by PADAVIATION. If the
passenger(s) won`t be at airport for departure on time the aircraft will be released and the client has to pay the full contracted amount. The passenger(s) shall pay a 100%
cancellation fee if flight booked with PADAVIATION is cancelled less than 1h before scheduled departure. Please note that our flights are depending on given slots by
airport. Our flights guarantee no flexibility in departure time. Please be aware that single aircraft registrations cannot be guaranteed. All flights may be operated on quoted
aircraft type or superior.

select it by clicking it. (ex: “GK” or “Jetstar Japan”)

NRT-KIX. My chances are “good” and the air mileage between Tokyo/Narita (NRT)
and Osaka, Japan (KIX) is 306 miles. (I used “airmilescalculator.com” to determine the
distance). Using the zone /mileage chart on page two (2) of this information packet,

the conditions. Remember, ZED tickets are 100% REFUNDABLE.
