BREAKDOWN WOULD BE FOR THE FARE BASED UPON THE THREE CLASSIFICATIONS OF ZED FARES LISTED IN THIS PACKET.

UNFLOWN/UNUSED SEGMENT(S) CAN BE REFUNDED IN FULL. CERTAIN REFUND TIME RESTRICTIONS VARY AT AIRLINE’S DISCRETION.

ZED General Information

• What is ZED?
– ZED is an industry term for reduced-cost standby tickets. It stands for Zonal Employee Discount. This is a
multilateral agreement, created in 1994 by Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Lufthansa,

walk-up “Y” fare), these rates are often higher but nontheless considerably generous and consistent.

• How does it work?


– Travel under the ZED Agreement is based on the fare level and the mileage zone. There are nine zones and

fare level (ZL/ZM/ZH) for which our agreement with that particular airline stipulates (example, American Airlines
passes for Employees will always be issued at the ZL fare level).

• How does it offer more flexibility?


– With an electronic ZED (eZED) issued through myIDTravel, you can book your alternate travel arrangements

– You no longer have to submit your pass request days in advance and wait for a paper ticket to arrive to your
work location or FedEx address. There’s also no paper ticket to worry about misplacing—it’s all electronic!

– Additionally, refunds are also automated through the myIDTravel system; you may now request a refund
for unused travel on your own schedule, instead of having to wait for the refund to show on your 5th paycheck.
(Please be aware that depending on when the refund is processed, it may take one to two billing cycles to
show on your credit card statement, though generally refunds are posted to your account within a few
business days.)

• How do I request passes?


– Simply submit your request through SWALife> Travel> Create myIDTravel Listing ;

– If you would like a price quote for a carrier that is in the myIDtravel system, you will need to log on through
SWALife and visit the Travel Tab in order to start your price quote. In some rare circumstances, you may be

• Need to Know
– You must be with the Company a minimum of 6 months to be eligible for ZED passes.
– All passes are valid for 90 days.
– All passes are refundable up to a year from the date of issue, including partially unused passes.

– Fulltime students between the ages of 19-24 (eligibility ceases on the dependent’s 24th birthday) are
eligible for ZED passes so long as the Employee Engagement & Travel Department receives information
verifying fulltime status at the beginning of each school year.

Your airline Southwest Airlines [WN] has agreed to the following pricing scheme [ZM]. All our flights are on a strictly empty leg basis and can be canceled or amended by
Vistajet at any time. How to request a booking: All needed information for available flights can be found on www.air-hamburg.de/idtravel Username: idtravel Password:
Lineage2022! All available flights for the next 4 days are shown. This will be updated every day by 08:00 CET. How to fly with us: All needed information such as crew
contact details, handling details will be provided within the confirmation email. Please be at the airport at least 90mins prior to the flight. If you are not at the aircraft within
30mins prior departure, we see this as a “no-show” and have to depart. Identification: To prevent misusing of this platform provided by VJH, every passenger must identify
him/herself with a valid company ID. If an eligible traveler is traveling without the primary crewmember/employee, they must identify themselves to Vistajet crew using a
