8/21/22/29 NDPS of P/S Kathua.
R/Sir,
Brief facts of the case are that on 03.10.2024, an information has been
received through reliable source at this Police Station that two Persons namely (1)
Shambu Nath S/O Baldhari Singh (2) Anil Kumar S/O Dina Nath Both R/O Budh
Vihar ,West Delhi in criminal conspiracy are doing the illegal trade of selling Narcotic
Contraband substance. At this time too, they have kept the huge quantity of Heroin
like Narcotic Contraband substance in their possession and roaming in the area of
village Barian Pattan kathua for selling purpose among the youth of area in order to
get wrongful gain. As per the information, offences U/S 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act are
made out and a Case FIR No. 318/2024 U/S 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act stands registered
at this Police Station and investigation entrusted to PSI Rajat Kotwal PID No 196424/
EXJ of this Police Station.
. During the course of investigation, IO along with along with officials laid a
surprise Naka at Barian Pattan. After sometime the Police Party found 02 Persons
coming from Baghthali towards Barian Pattan by foot. On seeing the Police party
both the unknown persons started moving backwards but the alert Police officials
managed to apprehend them. During questioning they disclosed their name as 1)
Shambu Nath S/O Baldhari Singh R/O BudhVihar West Delhi. 2) Anil Kumar S/O
Dina Nath R/O BudhVihar West Delhi. Thereafter a Notice U/S 50 NDPS Act was
served to them to which they expressed his desire to be searched in the presence of
Executive Magistrate. On this I.O informed EMIC and Crime photographer through
PCR to reached the spot. During checking of person namely Shambu Nath S/O
Baldhari Singh R/O Budh Vihar West Delhi Heroin like substances has been
recovered from his possession which was weighed by electronic weighing machine
and found to be 112.25 grams including polythene which was sealed and prepared
exhibit marked as “A”. During checking of person namely Anil Kumar S/O Dina Nath
R/O Budh Vihar West Delhi Heroin like substances has been recovered from his
possession which was weighed by electronic weighing machine and found to be
86.75 grams including polythene which was sealed and prepared exhibit marked as
“B”. Thereafter I/O-prepared site plan of place of occurrence, recorded the statement
of witnesses and prepared seizure memo and supurdnama memo thereof.
The Seized material along with inventory of the seizure has been produced
before the Hon’ble Munsiff JMIC Kathua. The Hon’ble Munsiff JMIC Kathua broke
the seal of exhibit Marked as “A” and measured the weight of seized Heroine like
substance and found to be 112.25 Grams. Out of this 03 samples were drawn
namely “A-1” = 05 Grams including Poly Pouch (FSL sample), “A-2” = 05 grams
(Reserve sample) and “A-3” = 102.25 grams (remaining sample). Similarly the seal of
exhibit Marked as “B” was broken and measured the weight of seized Heroine like
substance and found to be 86.75 Grams. Out of this 03 samples were drawn namely
“B-1” = 05 Grams including Poly Pouch (FSL sample), “B-2” = 05 grams (Reserve
sample) and “B-3” = 76.75 grams (remaining sample) and AB (Empty Pouch). The
samples / exhibits marked as “A-1”, “B-1” are required to be submitted at FSL
Jammu for chemical analysis.
It is therefore requested to your good self, kindly depute any official to FSL
Jammu with authority letter, so that the same may be deposited at FSL Jammu for
expert opinion.

In reference to the subject cited above, it is submitted that on dated
18.09.2024, one person namely Mohd Aishan Khan S/O Mohd Usman Khan R/O
Premdiha Mohi-ud-din Nagar Laksheeri Bihar A/P W.No-21 Choudhary Colony, W. no.
21 Kathua age 32 Years is died in suspicious circumstances & dead body is lying at
GMC Kathua and after conducting Post Mortem, PSI Swarn Singh Manhas No
EXJ-196414 is deputed at FSL Jammu for submit the viscera of above said person
in inquest but presently the above said PSI is busy in election duty due to which ASI
Sukhdev Singh No EXJ-905585 has been deputed to FSL Jammu for submit the
viscera of above said person.

Subject: Re-sealing of Exhibit in case FIR No. 304/2024 U/S 48(a) Excise Act of P/
S
Kathua.
R/Sir,
Brief facts of the case are that on 17.09.2024, an information has been
received through reliable source at this Police station that one person namely Bittu
Ram S/o Manohar Lal R/o Chak Drab Khan Tehsil and District Kathua is doing the
illegal trade of selling illicit liquor. At this time too, he has kept the huge quantity of
illicit liquor in his possession and trying to sell the same to the people at village Chak
Drab Khan near Khad in order to get wrongful gain. As per the information offence U/
S 48(a) Excise Act made out and a Case FIR No. 304/2024 U/S 48(a) Excise Act
stands registered at this P/S and investigation of the case entrusted to SI Manzoor
Ahmed PID No. 876315/EXJ of this Police Station.
During the course of investigation, I/O visited the spot, prepared the site
plan and recovered one plastic black coloured gallon containing approx. 20 ltr of
Desi Illicit Liquor from the possession of one person namely Bittu Ram S/o
Manohar Lal R/o Chak Drab Khan Tehsil and District Kathua and recorded the
statements of the witnesses U/S 180 BNSS and withdraw 180 ml of illicit liquor from
plastic black coloured gallon containing approx. 20 ltr of Desi Illicit Liquor and
prepared exhibit marked as “A-1’’ and the remaining illicit liquor marked as “A”. The
exhibit marked as “A-1” is required to reseal from your worthy self for depositing to
FSL Jammu for expert opinion.
Therefore, it is requested that the sealed packet marked as “A-1” may kindly be
re-sealed and authority letter may be issued to the Director FSL, Jammu authorising
him to break open the seal of the exhibit marked as “A-1” for analysis.

Brief facts of the case are that on 26.08.2024, complainant namely Aditya
Andotra S/o Jarnail Singh resident of Ward no. 12, Kathua Tehsil & District Kathua
reported at this Police Station and produced an application written in English.
Contents of the application are as under: - The S.H.O. Police Station Kathua. Subject:
- Application for complaint against Joginder Singh S/O Rattan Singh R/o Ward no.
12 Kathua (9622364381, 9622186208). Respected sir, with humble submission and
due regards, I Aditya Andotra S/o Jarnail Singh resident of Ward no. 12 Kathua want
to inform your worthy self that I want to submit an application against the above
said person. Actually, sir I want to your kind attention that yesterday at around 10:15
pm at ward no. 12, Kathua the complainant's father namely Jarnail Singh was sitting
at his house the above said person came and threatened to the complainant’s father
that he will kill him whenever he will get an opportunity. After 15 minutes he came in
our home and suddenly attacked on him. They have a sharp weapon (sword) in his
hand and hit in his head and he got serious injuries. That the complainant's father is
unconscious at that time and the persons of the locality and family members took
him to the Govt. Medical College / Distt. Hospital Kathua and he is in ICU right now.
That the accused person having strong muscle man having strong contacts with
high ups and the complainant is a poor man with very limited sources. That the
accused person started threatening the complainant reason best known to the
accused person. That the complainant and his family member's life are under threat
from the accused person. The accused many times threatening openly to the
complainant that he will has deadly weapons with him and he will use those
weapons on the complainant and his family members. That to protect the life and
liberty of the complainant and his family action must be taken against accused
person immediately to avoid any further damage to the life and liberty of the
complainant. It is therefore humbly prayed that stern action under law may kindly be
taken against the accused person to protect the life and liberty of complainant and

verbally stated that, he remained busy for treatment of his father, due to which he got
delayed to lodge the report. As per the Content of application, offence U/S
109/332(c) have been made out and a case FIR No. 267/2024 U/S 109/332(c) BNS
has been registered at this Police Station and investigation of the Case entrusted to
ASI Manzoor Ahmed PID No. 885885/EXJ of this Police Station.
In connection with the investigation of the above cited case, I/O seized and
sealed 01 Drat (weapon of offence) and given exhibits name as Mark “A”. The
exhibits prepared marked as “A” is required to reseal from your worthy self for
depositing them to FSL Jammu / Srinagar for chemical analysis and expert opinion.
Therefore, it is requested that the sealed packet marked as “A” may kindly
be re-sealed and authority letter may be issued to the Director FSL, Jammu /
Srinagar authorising him to break open the seal of the exhibit marked as “A” for
expert opinion and furnishing the expert opinion.

Breif facts of the case are that on 01.09.2024, person namely Karam Din
son of Sh. Yousaf, resident of Village Ghatti, Tehsil and District Kathua
(J&K).9877357065 came to Police Station and Produced one Written application In
English. the Content of application are as under :-To The Station House Officer,
Police Station, Kathua. Sub: Complaint against:1. Hanif son of Sh. Ali Hussain,
resident of Village Jatiyal, Tehsil and District Maler Kota (Pb). 2. Juma son of Sh.
Rahimee, resident of Harmoya, Hoshiarpur (Pb).3. Bashir son of Sh. Mussa, resident
of Village Gidar Pindi, District Gurdaspur (Pb) 4. Liquat Ali son of Sh. Isham Din,
resident of Nakodar, Tehsil and District Jalandhar (Pb).5. Sadiq son of Sh. Gamma,
resident of Village Mandmiyani, Tehsil Andora, District Kangra (HP). Sir, The
complainant, very humbly, submits as under: 1.That the complainant is a resident of
Village Ghatti, Tehsil and District Kathua (J&K). 2. That the complainant had/has
been residing at Sanewal, Ludhiana (Pb), along with his Buffaloes/cattle and his
other family members including his daughter Saleema, who is aged about 18 years
plus ánd is unmarried. 3. That all the accused persons had/have been harassing,
forcing and threatening the complainant to give his aforesaid daughter to the
accused No.1, whereas, it was not agreed to by the complainant and his aforesaid
daughter as well. 4.That however, the accused had/has been gravely threatening that
they would forcibly kidnap and abduct the complainant's aforesaid daughter, if he
refuses to marry her with the accused No.1. 5.That being afraid of the threats of the
accused persons, the complainant brought his aforesaid daughter and kept her with
his cousin Mohd. Hussain son of Sh. Mohd. Shafi, resident of Bhagthali, Tehsil and
District Kathua (J&K), at his place on 20.08.2024. 6.That on 27.08.2024, at about
6.00 P.m., when the complainant's aforesaid daughter along with her aforesaid uncle
Mohd. Hussain, were going to Kharkara, for the medical check-up of complainant's
daughter Saleema, who was suffering from fever, all the accused persons after
forming unlawful assembly, came in a Bolero Car and waylaid the complainant's
aforesaid daughter and cousin, by parking the Bolero Car infront of them, near
culvert at Bhagthali and all the accused persons further alighted from the vehicle
and forcibly kidnapped and took away the aforesaid daughter of the complainant
after physically assaulting the complainant's aforesaid cousin, as he tried to save
the complainant's aforesaid daughter from kidnapping. 7.That the complainant's
aforesaid cousin telephonically informed the complainant regarding the aforesaid
criminal act of the accused persons and today the complainant came to Kathua and
is filing the present complaint, against the accused persons. That the accused
persons as such have committed the aforesaid criminal act and are required to be
booked under law for the same and put behind bars. It is therefore, very humbly,
requested that the accused, who have committed the aforesaid criminal act, may
very kindly be booked under law, for the same and put behind bars. Dated: 28.08.202

sealed clothes i,e Salwar, Kameez and Chunni of victim girl marked as exhibit “A”.
The exhibit prepared marked as “A” is resealed by Tehsildar EMIC Kathua and is
required to be depositing to FSL Jammu / Srinagar for expert opinion.
It is therefore requested to your good self, kindly depute any official to FSL
Jammu with authority letter, so that the same may be deposited at FSL Jammu for
expert opinion.
