    ShaliCure® Acrylate WB 10

    Acrylic Based White Pigmented Aqueous Concrete Curing Compound

    Description
    ShaliCure® Acrylate WB 10 is a liquid, film forming curing compound for concrete. It retains
    moisture in concrete for effective curing. It is spray / brush applied.
    Approvals / Standards
    It conforms to ASTM C 309, Types 2, Class B & ASTM C 1315, Type II, Class A.

    Handling & The material must be stored in a shaded area with no exposure to sunlight and UV. The
    Storage containers should be protected from all sources of heat and ignition. Protect from freezing.

    Advantages
    • Provides a white curing film for new concrete.
    • Compatible with many paints, adhesives and resilient floor coverings.
    • Seals concrete surfaces to protect from effects of weathering.
    • Helps eliminate dusting and hardens concrete surface by promoting proper cement hydration.
    • Fast and easy application.
    Application Methodology
    • Concrete surface must be clean and free of standing water. Remove any sealer or other material that
    may prevent absorption of the ShaliCure® Acrylate WB 10.
    • Keep the drum upside down for minimum 2 hrs. Roll the drum to & fro 10 times. Stir the material
    by electrical stirrer for 2 minutes.
    • For industrial paving, ShaliCure® Acrylate WB 10 must be applied after the concrete hasstarted
    to set.
    • Apply at a uniform coverage by spray or roller application. Product may be sprayed with a handheld
    “pump-up” sprayer or with an airless industrial sprayer.
    • For concrete formwork ShaliCure® Acrylate WB 10 must be applied immediately after stripping.
    • Apply ShaliCure® Acrylate WB 10 in one spray coat with low pressure sprayer, or roller, in a thin
    and even layer.
    Precautions
    • Dilution is totally prohibited.
    • When applying, leave no dry spots in order to have homogenous performance. Touch up
    where necessary.

    • Avoid contact with skin / eyes and avoid swallowing.
    • Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapour.
    • Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye protection.
    • In case of skin contact, rinse with plenty of clean water, then cleanse with soap and water. Do not
    use solvent to clean the contacted area.
    • In case of eye contact, wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
    • If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
    Cleaning & Maintenance
    • Clean all tools immediately after use with water. Do not allow the material to harden.
    • Ensure spraying equipment is cleaned thoroughly before use and residues of previous
    membranes are removed.
