    RESOLUTION No. 3

    A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. HERRICH


    GIPP D. CANOY AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY
    SIMPAK LALA, LANAO DEL NORTE.

    WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Reform Act of 2015. The Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by the
    Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK Members
    from among the members of the KK:

    WHEREAS,MS. HERRICH GIPP D. CANOY possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang
    Kabataan Treasurer as provided under section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

    WHEREAS, after the careful deliberations, the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials of Barangay
    Simpak Lala, Lanao del Norte unanimously approved and concurred the appointment of MS.
    HERRICH GIPP D. CANOY;

    NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Sangguniang Kabataan Kagawad Jonel B. Cambare and
    unanimously seconded by all members present, it was,

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that MS. HERRICH GIPP D. CANOY, be appointed as


    Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Barangay Simpak Lala, Lanao del Norte.

    Approved this 28th day of November 2023 at Simpak Lala, Lanao del Norte.

    This resolution remains effective and has not been amended revoked or superseded.
