    To whom it may concern,


    I am writing this formal report to inform and notify the management of Vista Residences Recto
    about the disturbance and unruly behavior of my mother Rosa Marie D. Tejones. She was forcing to
    enter my unit 1018, 2:30AM this morning, shouting and trying to break into my door. This person is
    unstable and not in her state of mind, she has someone with her a guy named Scott Louie Banzagales
    and they are a threat to my security, that is why I’m writing this formal report to officially restrict and
    ban Rosa Marie D. Tejones and Scott Louie M. Banzagales from entering the premises and vicinity of
    Vista Residences Recto. I’m requesting for a tight security presence especially on 10th floor.
    I hope my report will also alert the security personnels. This people can do something that can
    jeopardize my security and the security of other tenants and unit owners. I’m humbly requesting for you
    to take a quick action regarding this matter. Thank you.
