DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Integration of Location and Context into the proposed development is a key


aspect of Design. This project emphasizes tranquil and luxurious living amidst
the bustling neighborhood within East Bangalore. The design ensures less
ground coverage, emphasizing sprawling landscapes as a major aspect of
this project. The design intent incorporates contemporary modern
architecture creating a luxurious sense of arrival as well as a barrier-free
environment for the occupants.

Broad Mission Statement for the project:


A new lifestyle benchmark that celebrates contemporary living.

Goal for the said project:


To provide exclusive living in a low-density apartment, where the elegance
and serenity of spaces and amenities can be experienced by a smaller
community.

Design Intent:
A residential tower that speaks elegance through minimalistic contemporary
style of architecture, making every detail highly functional, while optimizing
the cost.

Architecture and Design Approach:


To keep the planning simple and efficient, catering to functional and
practical working of an Indian household, tying together traditions both old
and new.
Overall, the design will be contemporary with minimalistic elements to
celebrate timeless elegance.
The form shall closely intermingle with both natural light and wind to make
everyday living more rooted with nature.
Landscape too shall play an integral role in emphasizing this sensitive
connection.
