BUSINESS PLAN

I. Executive Summary
The Tuna-licious is a student’s small business which aims for fulfilling the cravings and satisfaction of
the people in the community, specifically the population of Lawaan National School of Craftsmanship and
Home Industries. Not only limited to this, but it also satisfies the wants of the potential customers in
terms of food and snack satisfactory. Though it is a small business, its work is dedicated to its customers
fully.
With the help and full support of the student owners itself, managing the business would be
uncomplicated. To create profit and to gain something, the owners will first purchase the raw materials,
and ingredients needed in creating the product, preparation of the product, selling of the product, and
lastly, the inventory of the remaining ingredients and materials.
II. Overview of the Business
A. Tuna-tastic bite
B. Tuna-tastic bite is a crunchy snack providing a unique taste, which aids to satisfy the customer’s
expectation in snack industry. The texture of Tuna, and mayonnaise in combined, serves as the
filling of the product creating a savory, and fantastic mouthfeel. Moreover, the filling wrapped
with Tasty Bread, dipped in mixed eggs, and coated by crashed Sky Flakes then fried made it
possible to create an all-time favorite and out of this world taste.
C. As we offer an affordable, convenient, stress reliever, and unique product, we commit to build
our business at Lawaan National School of Craftsmanship and Home Industries.

We decided to understand first our target audience, develop a unique product that caters to those
needs. Second, we analyze our operational cost, pricing strategy, and distribution plan to ensure

Tuna-tastic is a mouth-watering fried snack with savory fillings inside. The packaging is a clear folder,
originally crafted into thin box-like container. With its very simple yet unique packaging, and an eye-
catching logo, this product would definitely hook the customer’s attention.
B. Operating Strategies
Team work is the main key to every business’ succession. This means that in this company, the
student owners should work with the same goal as one. A business needs to be smart when handling
their fund, and also to their customers, ensuring that the product that has been sold were able to exceed
their expectations. The business should also focus upon promoting a budget friendly snack while
satisfying their cravings.

Owners- Since the proposed business is owned by the students itself, it plays not only as the
owner, but also as the personnels who does every work within the company. They are the ones who
work for the business’ own growth and fulfilment of its forward-looking goals and aspirations.

B. Monitoring and Evaluation


With the usage of ingredients, and raw materials, Tuna-tastic Bite will consume (2) packs of
bread, (3) cans of Century Tuna, (1/2) kilo of mayonnaise, (4) pieces of Sky Flakes, and worth 40
pesos of oil every day. Upon preparing the product, (3) hours will be the estimated period of time.
For the group to enable to prepare and meet the aspired time, the tasks will be fairly divided and will
be done with full diligence.

where we will purchase the raw materials and ingredients needed.

Tuna-licious, though a fried snack business, can have a positive impact on its community by focusing
on economic, environmental, and social responsibility. By sourcing fresh tuna from local freshmen, it
directly supports local economy and contribute to the livelihoods of those involved in the fishing
industry. Tuna-licious can also demonstrate environmental responsibility by reducing waste and
