    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request permission to hold a basketball practice
    session on October 1 until the Friendship Game from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at School Covered
    Court. This practice will help the team prepare for the upcoming Friendship Game scheduled for
