120-150 words. You have 20 minutes.
Dear Sir,
I am Ngan Nguyen and I have registered for an English course at A level
Speaking Centre. I am writing this email to express my feelings and my
suggestion regarding my upcoming difficult issue with the center.
I could not attend the course directly because the entire schedule clashed with my
university schedule. I am so confused.
I request that the center can change my class schedule or move me to the next
course. If not, I would like to be provided with a recording sheet after each class
so I can self-study at home. I promise to do all my homework completely. If the
above methods are not applicable, I would like to cancel the course.
Hopefully, my suggestions will be considered. I look forward to your decision
soon.
Best regards,
Ngan Nguyen.

2. Write a letter to your manager – explaining why (120 words)
Dear Sir,
I am Ngan Nguyen and I have been a member of the Language Club for one year.
I am writing this email to express my feelings and my suggestions regarding our
club’s upcoming plan.
According to the notification that I received from our club about looking for a
speaker and a topic for the lecture. I am so glad.
To help our club tackle the problem, could I recommend a proposal to contribute
to our club? I think I can be the speaker for the lecture because I have had
experience doing this many times at university. The topic I want to bring up is the
difficulties in learning a new language. We will analyze and provide solutions to
this problem with the experiences of club members.
Hopefully, my opinions are helpful for our club. I look forward to hearing your
decision soon.
Best regards,
Ngan Nguyen.
