contract, once registered; it is hereby agreed and stipulated as follows.

Diplomatici has been an NGO with Consultative Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2016.
For over 20 years, through training complementary to school and university education, Diplomatici has prepared over 100,000
students from all over the world on current affairs and international careers who have then taken part in international forums
organised by AD in institutional settings in Italy and abroad.
Diplomatici is neither part of, nor officially affiliated with, any national or international institution, and in its capacity as an NGO
in Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) fully supports the values, mission
and objectives of the United Nations. Diplomatici also embraces the policies and guidelines of the United Nations, particularly
with regard to the misuse of the UN name and emblem and urges all students taking part in its initiatives to respect them.
It is a world leader in education based on the study of international relations, geopolitics, negotiation processes and the
functioning of complex multilateral bodies. It is the world's only organizer of the "Change the World Model UN®". Students who
are wishing to take part in the conference must exceed the (free) selection test and obtain a merit-based Grant through an oral
interview with Diplomatici Staff Board. Those who obtain the merit-based grant will be able to enroll in the Change the World
Academy as well as the Training Course according to the scheme described and in compliance with the provisions of the here to
attached Transparency Pact.

Change the World Academy (www.cwmun.org)

It is the world’s largest community of students who are interested in the study of current geopolitics, social and political sciences,
and international and economic relations. The members of the Academy come from 150 countries around the world and work
remotely and in person to meet expert trainers of the UN system and great international scholars, many of whom have held roles
as heads of state and ministers. The work in the classes is distinguished by the application of innovative teaching techniques
based on learning by doing and problem solving. Furthermore, the method of lateral thinking applied to the fields of social and
geopolitical studies is enhanced. All students complete the course of study by participating in one of the projects of the CWMUN
- World Program.

It is the affiliate program of Change the World Academy.

CWMUN World Program
Born with the support of authoritative international institutions, the "Change the World Program" is accredited as the most
important international traveling forum in the world, for both students in schools and universities. Each year, more than 50,000
students from all over the world and leading experts, ambassadors, former ministers, former heads of state and government,
well-known sports champions, artists, officials of the UN secretariat and the European Union take part and confront young people
on the most current issues of international geopolitics. "Change the World" takes place in New York, Abu Dhabi, Rome, Paris and
Singapore.

Merit-based grants
Associazione Diplomatici believes in the value of merit-based grant and/or supports the brightest students. All students admitted
to Change the World Academy get financial supports to take part in the CWMUN World Program.
 ENROLLMENT OPTIONS

 Enrollment in the Change the World Academy.

 Accommodation 6 days/5 nights in NYC at the Park Central or Marriott Marquis Hotel (*) – in
double room with shared beds – from March 19th to 24th, 2025.
 Tutoring and mentoring by Diplomatici Staff assigned during the training session.

Deduction of € 1.000 from the Change the World Academy enrollment fee.
Registration and participation to the Change the World New York.
Access to the Conference Venue at the Marriott Marquis in New York.

DETAILS of the ENROLLMENT FEE

By becoming a Member of Change the World Academy, the Student has access for 6 months to the Diplomatici e-learning
platform with educational video contents and resources. The fee also includes:

• UN Delegate training material.
• CWMUN Masterclass -Meetings on Zoom-.
• CWMUN® Mastery®- a digital warm-up event meant to practice the Model UN dynamics on remote;
• Certificate of participation for CWMUN live Conference in New York®.

The price is determined by the difference between the initial cost of the Classic (2.175€) packages and the merit-based
grant provided by Diplomatici (1.000€) for the admission to Change the World Academy. E.g. CWMUN Classic: 2.175€ –
1.000€ (Diplomatici’s merit grant) = 1.175€ total due.
This is a special offer valid until August 1st, 2024.

SERVICES SUMMARY (*)

Registration to Change the World Academy, which includes:

• Educational training course for the CWMUN NYC project and conference.
• Access to the educational platform with exclusive content.
• Live meetings on ZOOM with Dedicated Tutors.

*The hotel may be subject to change, depending on availability and number of participants. Diplomatici provides

 PAYMENT METHODS and DEADLINES

The student undertakes to pay the participation fee resulting from the signing of this contract in the following times:

 Deposit of 275.00 EUR within 72 hours of subscription (+190.00 EUR, If you selected the Warranty
Service HUB or 370.00 EUR, if you selected the Full Refund).
 Balance of the remaining due by the following deadlines in 2 different and separate installments:
First installment due to August 30th, 2024;
Last installment due to October 15th, 2024 (final balance).

Please note: It is mandatory to pay the extra options with the deposit to be valid.

As regards the payment methods, the following methods are provided:

The Students declares to have taken full knowledge of the clauses contained in the “General terms and conditions” document and
to specifically and expressly approve the following clauses: art. 2 (Benefits to which the Student is entitled), art. 3 (payment
methods), art. 4 (withdrawal), art. 5 (significant modifications of the contractual conditions), art. 6 (non-payment), art. 7
(cancellation), art. 8 (cancellation due to force majeure), art. 9 (Liability), art. 10 (merit-based grant), art. 11 (Obligations of Students),
art. 12 (competent court), art. 13 (Privacy Policy) art. 14 (photographic and video material).

The Student also undertakes to pay Diplomatici the entire amount set at € 1175
