ABSTRACT
One feature that a lot of web applications will need to include is the ability to restrict access to certain
resources within the application to authorized users only. To accomplish this, we must be able to
authenticate user’s identities by allowing them to register and login. Verifying a user’s identity is the
procedure of authentication. We use this collection of procedures to compare the user's credentials to those
stored in the database. The server will be able to decide which resources the user should have access to
after successful authentication. Application needs a Login page with a set of fields for the user to interact
with in order for the user to be able to provide credentials. So, using ASP.NET Core MVC 6 and preparing
a set of actions to validate input credentials, our primary objective is to develop a registration page and
login page.

The Rail Wheel Factory, formerly known as the Wheel and Axles Plant, is a state-of-the-art facility in
Bangalore, Karnataka, India that supplies a substantial portion of the Indian Railways' demands for
wheels, axles, and wheel sets. In addition to serving domestic railway demand, the facility makes use of
its spare capacity to serve non-railway clients both domestically and abroad. RWF strives to establish
enduring relationships with its customers by consistently exceeding their expectations. Our primary
objectives are quality and client happiness.
Because domestic producers like Tata Iron & Steel Company (TISCO) and Durgapur Steel Plant had
limited capacity in the years before the 1980s, the Indian Railways had a considerable problem meeting
its need for wheels and axles, with about 55% of its requirements being satisfied through imports(DSP).
Production finally stopped at the TISCO factory because it lacked the technological capabilities to keep
up with the changing requirements of rolling stock designs. Notwithstanding the DSP's limited ability to
supply the entire required amount, import costs rose on the global market. In addition, supply chain
problems and a shortage of readily accessible foreign currency made it extremely difficult to finance these
imports, which had a negative influence on waggon production. The end goal was for DSP and the RWF
(Rail Wheel Factory), previously known as the Wheel and Axles Plant, to become fully self-sufficient in
meeting the standard wheel and axle requirements of the Indian Railways and eliminate the need for
imports.
Significant steps have been taken by Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) to ensure the quality of its operations and
products. RWF established the ISO 9002 quality management system standard for its plant operations as
the first production unit of the Indian Railways in 1994, and it was certified by M/s. BVQI Mumbai. RWF
was the first industrial unit within Indian Railways to implement the ISO 14001 Environmental
Management System standard in 1996 for both its plants and colonies, which included the KV School and
Railway Hospital. M/s. BVQI, Mumbai, also granted certification for this system.
To supply wheels and axles to North American Rail Roads, RWF additionally established the AAR-M-
1003 quality compliance certification in 1995. From then until 2013, it was recertified every three years.
Moreover, RWF became the first PU in the Indian Railways to implement the OHSAS 18001 system
standard for its plant and colony, which once again comprised the Railway Hospital and KV, in 2005.
M/s. ICS, Mumbai, certified the system. Every three years, several certification organizations recertified
all ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 system standards. During 2013, RWF became the first production
unit in the Indian Railways to introduce ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 system standards, with M/s.
IRQS, Mumbai certifying the integration. In 2016, RWF's systems were re-certified by M/s. ICS, Mumbai.
RWF takes product quality as a serious note and it subjects all its products and final inspection, beginning
from the chemical compositions of the molten metals up to the final inspection, including micro or macro
properties of the materials, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particles testing, hardness, warpage, dimensional
parameters, surface finish, among others.
The company also provides a Quality Assurance Certificate with all its products, which come with the
warranty of one year from the shipment date. Lastly, RWF has the capacity to design and manufacture
wheels, axles, and Wheel Sets of any size in order to meet the special requirements of individual
customers.
CHAPTER 2
DEVELOPMENT
1. SCOPE OF DOMAIN
