1.0 INTRODUCTION
Farm Fresh Milk Company is a brand name under The Holstein Milk Company Sdn
Bhd. Is an agriculture company that provide milks to consumer that base in Malaysia. First
ever milks company that are Malaysian product.
They started the company on basic farmers' market. Their head quarter are at Mawai
Kota Tinggi, Johor and their other branches and farm at Larkin, Johor and Muadzam Shah,
Pahang and they're planning on opening a factory in Muadzam Shah. Muadzam Shah far
are the largest farm that produce milk. The founder of Farm Fresh Milk Company is Mr. LOI
Tuan Ee who opened the first milk operation in Johor.
The company has been collaborating with Khazanah. Farm Fresh Milk Company has
been established for 30 years. The company's operations cover the full breadth of the dairy
value chain. They produce 21 milk-based products in a variety of flavors.
Farm Fresh Milk Company has been assigned a program by the government under
NKEA EPP-13 under agriculture sector led by the Department of Veterinary Services which
aims to reduce the dependence of imported fresh milk into Malaysia. This NKEA EPP-13 is
currently developing dairy cluster through major selected company for the production and
distribution of fresh milk on a large scale throughout Malaysia. All imported milk is basically
97% powdered milk and 3% fresh milk.

Planning is the initial step in business management. and a crucial business problem is
a lack of preparation. After taking all these things into account, it becomes clear that the
company should begin their plan with a solid strategy, a clear idea of where they want to go,
and the steps Farm Fresh needs to take to make sure the plan works. Long-term planning
seeks to better comprehend Farm Fresh's existing problems and forecast the course of their
business environment so that they can respond promptly in the event of an unforeseen
circumstance, such as the departure of important employees.
Farm Fresh should constantly make sure their development plans follow the
S.M.A.R.T. goals (specified, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound) to provide
excellent results. As an example, let's say that Farm Fresh is going to be the industry's top
milk retailer in five years. Use these tips when creating the strategy to improve the chances of
a successful execution. These are actions to take to ensure that the plan is carried out
successfully, like setting aside time each day to review the plan's performance and make
necessary revisions. A calamity could strike at any time; thus, Farm Fresh can include a
contingency plan and preventive measures in the main plan. Farm Fresh trying to focus on
generating beneficial and sustainable outcomes for the customers, staff, local communities
and the planet in several keys ways. Farm Fresh execute this planning by maintain the
balance and equilibrium with the land upon they produced and introduced regenerative dairy
farming practices to achieve this result, where they reusing the waste generated on the farms
to maximise the nutrition that remain in their production cycle, which reduces operation cost
by big margin. Looking into the future, Farm Fresh plan to further they regenerative
agricultural practices by installing a biogas plant to convert farm manure into fuels for power
generation, Thus reducing they carbon footprint substantially as well.
Organizing
The next step is to find and allocate the right resources to the department so that the
resources are distributed successfully after the business plan has been published. Resources
can be anything, such as labour, raw materials, or time, depending on what the work calls for.
For this reason, department leaders must have a comprehensive understanding of all the
things the organisation needs to function effectively. Managers are responsible for making
sure that all the workers on their team are organised, in addition to assigning duties to them
and making sure that responsibility has been transferred for all necessary actions.
They will need to ensure that their technology is being used appropriately to organise.
Stated differently, workflow management software ought to be employed instead of all-
purpose tools like farm management software, as the latter are necessary for task coordination

outstanding leaders. Managers at Farm Fresh need to be able to recognize the subtle
differences in individual and group behaviors that could inspire employees to communicate
more effectively with others, whether they be brand owners or customers.
Controlling:
For Farm Fresh executives to keep an eye on corporate performance and make sure it
satisfies the performance standards set by the organization, the controlling function is
essential. For instance, the performance criteria set by Farm Fresh requires its researchers to
devise five novel approaches to enhance the quality of milk and five fresh taste variants per
week. Researchers might have set a minimum quality threshold that they were unable to
surpass if they were limited to selecting and incorporating only three high-quality, Var
flavored milks per week. At that juncture, managers ought to adjust the too high requirement
to attain equilibrium between the performance and ability standards for employees.
Maintaining control also entails putting Farm Fresh executives in charge of the
