    SURVEILLANCE REPORT
    PARTIAL FULFILLMENT OF THE SUBJECT
    CDI1 (POLICE INTELLIGENCE)

    Subject ( Rabbit): Khaii Mayette Ortiga


    Objective: The main objective of our surveillance are to render and conduct
    in order to gather confidential information about the subject.

    Purpose: To obtain and gather information.

    First ( Cogon Terminal)


    At 1:30PM – At Surplus Corp or Ukay Ukay front of Terminal we saw the
    out the subject busy looking for clothes .
    1:35PM – The subject in the section I
    1:38PM- in the short and pants, blouse section at Ukay Ukay.
    1:42PM-We saw that she was talking with the seller .
    1:50PM – The subject was busy with a thing and secretly drop a note in the
    short section the she immediately walk outside and our member
    immediately look for the note.
    2:02PM-FIRST NOTE IN THE PLAZA MARCELA
    2:20PM- Our Groupmate saw the subject heading inside the plaza marcela
    mall
    2:25PM: In Plaza Marcela’s, Females’s Comfort Room
    2:31PM- She buy a water, after that she went in the counter to pay for the
    water a 1 liter of natures spring
    2:35 PM: She went outside then drink a water two of our groupmates follow
    her
    2:37PM: She went to the garbagebin inside chooks to go
    2:46PM- She threw her empty bottle with the second note

    2:49PM- Our subject was uncomfortable for the reason that she have to
    need to move a location
    2:55PM- She rode a tricycle (Bao Bao) with the plate number of 2946
    2:59PM- The tricycle drop her near in the BQ MALL
    3:00PM- She was walking to the City Square
    3:03PM- The Subject entered at City Square Comfort room
    Third Location
    3:15PM: The subect went inside the ukay ukayan near the city square
    called ‘Arrival’
    3:20PM- Exited
    3:22PM – In the dental clinic
    3:30 PM- at AXL Zcuplue center , she is busy choosing clothes with her
    friend and most likely the rabbit of other group
    3:47PM- The subject went inside the city square again
    3:53PM- At school supply department
    3:58PM- At Second floor grocery department
    4:10PM- Drop Note (Galleria Luisa)
    4:29PM- Our member followed the subject in the Galleria Luisa
    Last Location
    At 4:40 PM in the last location the subject drop the note inside the Galleria
    Luisa in the short section. DROP NOTE (FOLLOW ME ALWAYS) after that
    she left the store around 4;46 PM she ride a motorcycle with her friend with
    plate number of GD53460 going to BIT DAO near the BUWANGAN.
    Around 5:01PM . The subject depart at the last stop of our location for the
    last part of our actual surveillance.
