Self-acceptance greatly contributes to mental
and emotional well-being. Here are some of its
benefits:
Last Thursday, I went to Lampung to visit a family who had just welcomed a
baby. The journey took about 15 hours, but I enjoyed every moment of it. I
experienced many new things, and this journey left a deep impression on me.
From this trip, I realized how important it is to enjoy every second of the journey.
When we can appreciate each moment, no matter how far the journey is,
everything will feel enjoyable and meaningful.
