ABSTRACT
Warranty claims analysis and prediction are critical aspects of the automotive industry,
aiming to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and streamline maintenance operations.
This study focuses on developing a predictive model that analyzes warranty claim data to
identify patterns and predict future claims. By leveraging data analytics techniques,
including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and machine learning algorithms,
we explore the factors influencing warranty claims and the likelihood of future claims.
The results offer insights for proactive maintenance and product improvement,
which can ultimately enhance vehicle reliability and reduce warranty-related expenses.
