    -Limited-
    Commercial Use

    License Agreement for The Astral Merchant’s Seals of Lucifer Sampler Pack
    This license grants limited commercial rights to use the digital
    artwork files included in The Astral Merchant's Seals of Lucifer
    Sampler Pack, containing twenty PNG files personally created by Tyler
    Welch. By downloading, using, or purchasing this pack, you agree to
    the following terms and conditions:

    License Type:
    Personal and Limited Commercial License

    Permitted Uses:
    1. Personal Use: You may use these files in any personal,
    non-commercial project without restriction.
    2. Commercial Use: With this license, you are granted limited
    commercial rights to use the files as follows:
    ○ Product Creation: You may incorporate these designs into
    up to 20 unique, handmade or digital products or use them in
    up to 10 Print-On-Demand (POD) products that you
    personally make or produce.
    ○ Sales Limit: You are permitted to sell up to 200 copies of
    products containing these files.
    ○ Transformative Use: You are encouraged to modify or
    incorporate these elements into your own artwork or
    designs, allowing for creative transformations that suit
    your vision.
    Restrictions:
    1. No Resale or Redistribution of Files: You may not resell, redistribute,
    share, or give away the original files in their unaltered form. To
    protect the integrity of the art, all files must be substantially
    modified if incorporated into designs for redistribution.
    2. Limited Scope of Commercial Use: This license is intended for
    limited commercial use only. If you wish to exceed the allowed
    quantity of sales, or if you require additional freedom for
    Print-On-Demand (POD) products or other large-scale
    commercial use, please refer to the Unlimited Commercial License
    outlined below.

    Additional Terms:
    1. Attribution (Optional):
    While not required, we’d appreciate it if you credit The

    Astral Merchant when showcasing or selling products using
    these designs. For example, “Artwork elements by The
    Astral Merchant” can be added to product descriptions,
    credits, or social media posts.
    2. Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable Rights:
    ○ This license grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable
    rights to use the files. You may not transfer or sublicense
    your rights to any third party.
    3. Alterations and Modifications:
    ○ You are encouraged to transform these designs creatively.
    However, you may not make modifications to imply original
    ownership or misrepresent the designs as your own creation
    without significant transformation.
    4. Prohibited Uses:
    ○ The files or derivatives of these files cannot be used in any
    of the following contexts:
    ■ Hate speech or incitement to violence.
    ■ Pornographic or defamatory content.
    ■ Any illegal activity or purpose.
    5. Product and Distribution Limitations:
    ○ Print-On-Demand (POD) Limitations: If you use the files for
    Print-On-Demand (POD) purposes, please ensure the POD
    provider complies with these licensing terms. Only 10 unique
    POD products are allowed unless the unlimited license is
    purchased.
    ○ Mass Production: Mass production or manufacturing is not
    permitted under this limited license. For mass production
    rights, please contact The Astral Merchant for a tailored
    licensing option.
    6. Indemnification Clause:
    ○ By using these files, you agree to indemnify and hold
    harmless The Astral Merchant from any and all claims,
    liabilities, losses, or damages resulting from unauthorized
    use of the files or breach of this license agreement.
    7. Digital Security Measures:
    ○ You are responsible for safeguarding the files to prevent
    unauthorized distribution or access by third parties. Ensure
    that files are not uploaded to open-access platforms or
    shared in ways that compromise their exclusivity.
    8. Non-Refundable License:
    ○ All digital downloads and licenses are final and
    non-refundable. By downloading or purchasing this pack,
    you acknowledge and accept that refunds will not be issued.
    Unlimited Commercial License:
    An Unlimited Commercial License is available for purchase, which
    grants full rights to use these designs without limitations on product
    quantity, POD restrictions, or sales cap. For maximum flexibility,
    consider purchasing the full version of The Astral Merchant’s Seals
    of Lucifer pack or an Unlimited Commercial License from our shop at
    TheAstralMerchant.com.

    Intellectual Property and Ownership:


    All files, designs, and artwork in this pack remain the intellectual
    property of Tyler Welch. This license is non-transferable and
    non-exclusive, granting the licensee only the specific rights described
    above. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or unlicensed
    commercial use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property
    rights and may result in legal action.

    Termination of License:
    This license will be terminated if these terms and conditions are
    violated. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the files in
