    Signed / Closed RFIs are not being submitted by the contractors. RFIs

    email.
    All contractors are requested to conduct Tool Box Talk, at least one per

    MOC has sent a letter to PCH to stop dealing with BV (TPI). However, PCH

    PMT/PMC has conducted the site audit for PRID-3700 under TAGC. NCRs
