    AFFIDAVIT OF ALTERATION

    I, Atty. Gilberto B. Pasimanero, Notary Public with office at 1150 General Luna St Paco
    Manila; after first having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state;

    1. That I notarized the Deed of Absolute Sale between VICENTE M. CHAVEZ and
    SHERWIN P. PANALIGAN under Doc No. 781 Page No. 77 Book No. 2 Series of 2023
    in the City of Manila dated Jan 24, 2023. That on the aforementioned document the lot area
    of the property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 160423 was entered as “TWO
    THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED and FOUR (2,804) SQUARE METERS”, however, the
    actual lot area stated on the Transfer Certificate of Title and on the Tax Declaration No. 08-
    0020-02127 is “TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (2,824) SQUARE
    METERS”,
    2. That I have superimposed/altered the aforesaid lot area, affixing my signature, to rectify the
    incorrect entry on the subject instrument.
    3. The same was done in good faith and for no other reason than to directly address the
    problem and pursuant to the purpose stated in the immediately preceding paragraph.

    4. I therefore have executed this Affidavit to attest to the truth I mentioned herein and for
    whatever legal purposes it may serve.
