    WASTEWATER SERVICING STRATEGY

    Aquatec Model R/BCK/7285 SS Boundary Connection


    Kit (or similar) at top of each rising main

    Typical specification: Incorporating a moulded 32mm


    full bore 316 stainless steel isolation valve, non-return
    valve and inspection tee supplied with compression
    fittings to suit 40mm PE pipework all mounted inside a
    polypropylene valve box marked with “Pressure Sewer”.

    QUU Sewer

    Pump station, Aquatec Model OP7285 Simplex Pressure


    Sewer System (or similar)

    Typical specification: Incorporating 1 x OGT 0.75kw,


    240v, single phase submersible regenerative turbine
    50 mm pressure sewer grinder pump, fitted with stainless steel
    nominal rising base and 15m cable. Pump will be plumbed in PN16
    main flexible pipework to all required non-return valves and
    isolation valves.

    Pump and pipework will be mounted inside an 1100 litre


    (1000mm diameter x 1600mm deep with 1100mm max
    invert) polyethylene chamber manufactured to AS/NZS
    1546.1:2008 with a light duty polyethylene lid.

    System will be operated by a SPC-1000, Smart single


    pump control panel with all required starting, operation,
    protection and inbuilt monitoring equipment.
    Panel includes an audible and visual alarm which will be
    activated via an inbuilt float level control from the pump,
    an LCD screen for system status display and a USB port
    for uploading programs or downloading logged data.
    All control equipment will be mounted inside a remote
    mounted, lockable, weather proof polycarbonate
    enclosure.
