Dear Mr. Roy,


Sub: Offer letter for the position of Affiliate Specialist.

Welcome to CrossMedia. You have been selected as affiliate specialist. Please review the following
terms and conditions of your employment.

Work Location and Hours


This will be an office job not a remote one. The office timings are Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Weekends and national holidays are off.

Performance Targets
Your team leader will set weekly targets for you that you need to complete. In case you do not
complete your target your team leader shall have the authority to cancel your weekend off and if you
don’t work the weekends then your 2 days salary can be deducted as per team leader’s discretion.

Punctuality and Conduct


In case of lack of punctuality, insubordination, not joining the team meetings on time, sudden leaves
without informing priorly salaries will be deducted as per team leader’s decision. In case of salary
discussion with your colleagues the termination will be done without any grace period.

Probation Period Criteria


Criteria to pass probation period is 300 FTDs in 3 months. After probation period, your team leader
shall have the authority to decide whether you will continue your job with company or not. In case, you
don’t complete the probabion period criteria successfully, the company shall have the right to
terminate you directly without giving any prior notice.

Resignation
In case you no longer wish to work for the company you need to send your resignation in written to the
team Leader and you will have to serve a notice period of 1 month. If you leave without serving notice
period your balance salary will not be paid in that case. Also you will not get any recommendation
letter from the company vouching your performance. If you serve notice period company will provide
all documents along with salary slip to help you for next job(s).
Salary and Start Date
Your salary will be 12,000/- per month. Your job start date with the company is 04/11/2024. The salary
shall be credited to your account between 1st and 7th of every month.

Termination and Grace Period


If your services are terminated by the company due to perfomance inefficiency you will be given a
grace period of fifteen days to improve your performance failing which your termination shall be
deemed final.

Leave Policy
If you want a casual leave, you will have to get prior approval by your team leader 1 week in advance
and then it will be decided by your team leader if you will get the leave or not. In case of medical
emergencies, a medical certificate is a must to get a paid leave. You will have to send your medical
certificate on the same day to your team leader. If you take a leave without prior approval from your
team leader, your 2 days salary will be deducted for every day that you are absent from work.

Company Property
Any damage done to the company property shall be recovered from your salary.
