Things you must bring with you for document verification
NOTE: Arrange the documents in the sequence in which they are listed in an envelope.
1. Copy of Admission Offer Letter from IIM Kashipur.
2. Three recent (similar) passport size photographs (with Name and CAT ID written on the back of
the photographs).
3. Original and self-attested copy of marksheet and certificate of 10th standard final examination.
4. Original and self-attested copy of marksheet and certificate of 12th standard final examination.
5. Original and self-attested copy of marksheet of bachelor’s degree examination (all
semesters/years)
6. Original and self-attested copy of bachelor’s degree/ final examination completion certificate from
Head of the Department /Institute if final bachelor’s degree results are awaited.
7. Original and self-attested copy of Category certificate (i.e.- SC/ ST/ NC-OBC/ DAP/ EWS).
Category certificate for NC-OBC and EWS must be issued after 01 April 2022 for relaxation in the
category.
8. Original and self-attested copy of Experience Certificate with the name of the organization,
designation, nature of duties and responsibilities, total duration of employment and pay slips of
first and last month (if working).
9. Original and self-attested copy of Gross Annual Family Income Certificate for the Financial Year
2022-23 from a competent authority (if you wish to apply for financial assistance). The gross
family income will comprise annual gross income of parents, self and spouse. In case of
government employee, the income certificate should be in the form of salary certificate (Form 16).
In all other cases it should be in the form of copy of Income Tax return/Form 16/Form 26AS/
Income certificate of the family members.
10. Affidavit by the student and the parent in terms of UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of
Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions on stamp paper.
11. Original fitness certificate from a Civil Surgeon/Medical Officer of a Govt. Hospital.
12. Original immunization certificate of Typhoid, Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B from the administering
physician.
13. Original X-ray Chest PA view report from the recognized hospital/ physician.
14. Form 16/Form 26AS/ Income certificate of the family.
15. Category certificate for NC-OBC and EWS must be issued after 01 April 2022 for relaxation in the
category.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. HOW TO REACH IIM KASHIPUR:
By Air – Fly toPant Nagar/Delhi/ Dehradun airport and take a cab to IIM Kashipur.
By Train – Choose from one of the several available trains from Delhi or other cities to
reach Kashipur. Moradabad is a major nearby railway station.
By Road – Take a cab from Delhi or catch a bus from ISBT at Anand Vihar, New Delhi.
Uttarakhand Transport Corporation provides bus facility services for Kashipur
from Anand Vihar bus terminal, New Delhi.

2. WHOM TO CONTACT ON ARRIVAL: After reaching the Institute premises, you should
contact Mr. Anil Bhatt, Hostel Office on+91- 6397699721, 7900444091,92,93 (Extn. 306) for
further instructions.
3. HOSTEL: IIM Kashipur will provide you on campus accommodation.You are required to bring
your own linen and other articles of personal use. It is mandatory to bring your personal
computer/laptop to facilitate the studies.
4. CLIMATE: Kashipur is subject to varying climate from hot to cold with heavy rainfall.
Accordingly, we recommend a full complement of clothes and accessories including winter wear,
rainwear and a mosquito-net.
5. MESS: The Institute provides infrastructural support and facilities to the students for running their
own mess on a cooperative basis. The students bear the actual cost of running the mess.
6. EDUCATIONAL LOAN: Educational loans are available from various banks. Arrangements for
procurement and repayment of loans will be the exclusive agreement between the bank and the
student. The Institute does not bear any financial or other obligation in this connection.
7. HEALTH: It is strongly recommended that you get yourself immunized against Typhoid, Hepatitis
A and Hepatitis B and produce a certificate to the effect from the administering physician. Medical
leave related to Typhoid & Hepatitis will be permitted only if the certificate has been produced at
the time of registration.
8. INDUCTION AND ORIENTATION: Induction and Orientation will be conducted at IIM

Kashipur campus.
Last date of admission withdrawal will be 23rd June 2023 till 1700 hrs. No refund request will be
entertained after 23rd June 2023.
In order to make our campus safe and green, driving motorizes vehicles is strictly
prohibited for students in the campus. The students are directed not to bring any
motorized vehicle inside the campus.
By taking admission, the student agrees to always abide by the rules and regulations of IIM Kashipur.
