Summary 1. :- Application Support:

• Executing EOD and SOD tasks as per checklist also support to RBI user if having issue in package
of EOD & SOD to complete tasks ASAP.
• As per business requirement provide the reports and data with the help of SQL query.

• Step by step resolution of software related issues like errors during setup, Java errors etc.
• Handling and resolving the tickets raised by users and coordinating with Core Banking Operations
Team (CBOT) and E-Kuber Application Team.
