INTRODUCTION
 Entrepreneur is the one who organise the other factors of production to
produce useful goods. 
 Entrepreneurs are the risk takers in the economy and they receive profit or
bear loss as their remuneration. 
 Entrepreneurs are people who organise and assume risk of stating and
running business.  (2)

ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS
 Entrepreneurs make important contribution to solving the economic questions
of what to produce, how to produce and for whom to produce. 
 Entrepreneurs who control costs, produce efficiently and estimate their prices
correctly. 
 They are likely to have bigger profits than those who lack similar skills, they
are competent. 
 Many entrepreneurs in the informal sector start their own micro-businesses to
create their employment. 
 Many of these entrepreneurs in the informal sector are unemployed, poor
people who venture into the world of business purely to survive, often with the
means, skills and knowledge to make success of their businesses. 
 They should be recommended for providing for their own needs. 
 These businesses create employment for others. 
 Throughout the world, small business enterprises seem to form natural habitat
for entrepreneurs. 
 Small entrepreneurs create competition. 
 Small entrepreneurs challenge those that have profitable businesses. 
 The supply of entrepreneurs on the market depends on the level of
profitability. 
 The higher the level of profitability, the more workers will change into
entrepreneurs. 
 This will increase the amount and variety of goods and services. 
