    STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

    In this rapidly-changing world, professionals with strong analytical minds are in demand
    primarily because of their innate ability to extract valuable role in patient care and health
    promotion. Now day’s nurses are skilled professionals who bridge the gap between medical
    expertise and compassionate support and it provides future goals as it increase leadership
    opportunities also include roles that required advanced degrees. I aim to peruse a BSN in
    Nursing from your prestigious college (York college of Pennsylvania) to get knowledge about
    compassionate care, offering support and advocating for patients.

    I perused the diploma in general nursing and midwifery in March 2022 from Ashoka
    Institute of Nursing, Chuharpur Kalan, Patiala. I study various subjects where I learned to
    understand the living world and mainly focus how people behave also acquire the
    knowledge, understanding and skills in techniques of nursing and practice them in
    supervised clinical setting, surgical settings, mental and child health settings. In midwifery I
    learned providing prenatal and postpartum care as well as the generation of knowledge is a
    defining characteristic of professions as in health care fields also helps to describe the
    profession and provides evidence for its activities. In addition, performing practical and
    presenting projects to enhance knowledge and skills participating in these activities has
    fostered personal growth and given me a well-informed perspective about nursing and the
    people.

    Thought-out my professional career, my dedication helped encompass a strong foundation


    in patient service, In Tarun Hospital I worked as a staff nurse from January 2023 to till date
    and I get well experience in assisting all types of minor and major procedures such as
    catheterization, assistance in administration of I/V inj. Medication, admissions and discharge
    of patient, assistance and instructions to patient and their relatives, patient care and other
    procedures, bed making and pre or post-operative care. I’m honest and hardworking
    dedicated towards my responsibilities and duties.

    I mainly chose to pursue a BSN in nursing which is undergraduate program at your college
    because it offers several advantages. The curriculum of your college is perfectly tailored to
    enhance my academic and professional growth. Which approach to education in practical
    and experiential also focus quality of education which is affordable and provide scholarships
    and internships that allows to receive academic credit for their work experience most
    importantly it provides campus accommodation. According to my course I participate in an
    immersive learning expedition. Where I can enhance my knack, creativity, tolerance,
    flexibility, optimistic outlook, and evidence of good physical and mental health.
    Given that my home country has several opportunities to explore, I want to return to India
    and establish a trust orphanage where I will help those who does not afford their medical
    expenses and also give shelter to people but firstly I will take experience in India where I get
    more knowledge about the treatment also in my home home country there is high demand
    of job opportunities and they give more preference to international education where I can
    opens various pathways to get my successful career in both job or business.

    Hence, on this note, I submit my candidature and assure the admission authorities that I
    shall not only uphold the college committee's core values but also work rigorously for the
    betterment of the institution.
