Do you like watching football? I love watching football. Did you know that the Qatar World Cup
has been going for almost a week? During that one week, there were two big teams that
lost. The fi rst was Argentina, and on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, Germany lost to
Japan. I watched the match at home with my father. Do you want to know how it went? I will
sum up the match for you guys. At this match, I supported Japan, I don’t know why.
The match was started with high intensity between the German and Japanese national teams.
The German national team played off ensively, while Japan applied tight pressing from the
start of the game. At 25th minute, Germany got a penalty after David Raum was brought
down by, Shuichi Gonda in the forbidden box. I said, “Oh no, Germany will make a score on
this!” Ilkay Gundogan, who came out as executor, did a good job, Germany won 1-0. The
score remained until the end of the fi rst half.
In the second half, Japan gave intense attacks. Their eff orts also resulted in a major threat to
Germany. Unfortunately, Daichi Kamada’s shot was deviated from the Germany’s goal. In
the 75th minute, Ritsu Doan equalized 1-1 for Japan. I felt so excited when Japan equalized
the score. After succeeding in equalizing, Japan increasingly attacked the Germany’s
defense more intensely. It gave me goosebump watching the intense attack delivered by
Japan. Finally, they succeeded in turning the position around after Takuma Asano scored
against Manuel Neuer. Japan won 2-1. This score was maintained until the end of the
match.
I think both of the teams played very well.I was also happy to hear the applause and cheering
from the spectators. The way the spectators supported their favorite team gave me
goosebumps as well. But apart of all that, I’m glad that Japan won the game.

bone-related diseases, such as osteoarthritis and polyarthritis. Here are six natural ways to
build healthy bones.
Vegetables are great for your bones. They’re one of the best sources of vitamin C, which

size, as well as reductions in markers of bone turnover and infl ammation
Getting enough protein is important for healthy bones. In fact, about 50% of bone is made of
protein. A low protein intake can lead to bone loss, while a high protein intake can help

Calcium is the most important mineral for bone health, and it’s the main mineral found in your
bones. Because old bone cells are constantly broken down and replaced by new ones. It’s
important to consume calcium daily to protect bone structure and strength.
Vitamin D and vitamin K are extremely important for building strong bones. Vitamin D plays

to get enough vitamin D through sun exposure and food sources such as fatty fi sh, liver
and cheese. Vitamin K supports bone health by modifying osteocalcin, a protein involved in
bone formation. It exists in small amounts in liver, eggs, and meat. Fermented foods like
cheese, sauerkraut, and a soybean product called natto contain vitamin K.
Omega-3 fatty acids are well known for their anti-infl ammatory eff ects. They’ve also been
shown to help protect against bone loss during the aging process. In addition to including
Omega-3 fats in your diet, In addition, although most studies have looked at the benefi ts of

Regular physical activity has many benefi ts for health including protection against heart
