Position 1: Psychiatrists
Qualifications and Experience

Educational Level: BSc Psychiatry or MD
Job Experience: Minimum of 2 years for BA and 0 years for MA
Roles and Responsibilities

 Diagnosing and treating mental health disorders
 Asses both the mental and physical aspects of psychological problems
 Care and treatment of psychiatric inpatients
 Providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to address patients'
specific mental health concerns and treatment goals
Required Number: 2

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Psychotherapists

Educational Level: BA or MA in Psychology or a related field
Job Experience: Minimum of 3 years for BA and 1 years for MA

 Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate patients' cognitive,
emotional, and behavioral functioning.
 Providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to address patients'
specific mental health concerns and treatment goals
 Responding to acute psychological crises and emergencies
 Designing and implementing behavior management plans to promote adaptive
behaviors, improve daily functioning, and enhance quality of life
 Promoting patients to explore behavior, attitudes and emotions

Position 3: Psychiatric nurses

Educational level : Diplom/ BSc in Nurse
Job Experience: Minimum of 3 years for diploma holders and 1 years for BSc holders

o Conducting thorough psychiatric assessments to gather comprehensive
information about patients’ mental health status, history, and current symptoms.
o Using assessment findings to formulate nursing diagnoses and develop
individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
o Administering psychiatric medications as prescribed by psychiatrists and
monitoring their effects on patients.
o Educating patients and their families about medications, including potential side
effects, dosage instructions, and the importance of adherence to treatment
regimens.
o Implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to meet patients’ mental health
needs and treatment goals.
o Administering and monitoring treatment regimes

Position 4: Case Managers / Social Workers
Educational level : Diploma/ degree in Social work, Psychology, Sociology , Nursing or a

related field.
Job Experience: Minimum of 3 years for diploma holders and 1 years for BA/BSc holders

 Monitors cases by verifying clients’ attendance
 Observing and evaluating treatments and responses
 Advocating for needed services and entitlements
 Obtaining additional resources
 Intervening in crises
 Providing personal support
 Maintains clients records by reviewing case notes
 Logging events and progress

Position 5፡ Security Guard
Qualifications :10th/12 th Grade completed
Experience : 2( Two) years of applicable experience in Military/ police service
Age : Between 25-50

 Patrolling and securing the area and ensure protection of properties and facilities
 Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft,assault,fire and other safety issue
 Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
 Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
 Performs other affiliated duties as assigned

Position 6፡ Janitorial
Qualifications : 4th Grade completed
Experience : No prior experience is required

 Cleaning and reporting any safety hazards to the manager
 Complete tasks like vacuum ,sweeping,dusting shelves,cleaning windows and mopping
floors
 Keep the compound clean, safe and infection free
 Remove potentially unsafe/ broken items from the area
 Cleaning and laundry
