BACKGROUND OF ORGANIZATION
Gloria's Fantasyland in Dapitan is an amusement park located

in Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. It is
known for its colorful and vibrant attractions, including rides,
games, and entertainment shows. The park is named after the
owner, Gloria de Dapitan, who envisioned creating a fun and
magical place for families and tourists to enjoy.
Gloria's Fantasyland offers a variety of attractions for visitors

of all ages. From thrilling rides like roller coasters and
carousels to fun games and activities, the park has something
for everyone. In addition to the rides and games, Gloria's
Fantasyland also hosts live entertainment shows, including
musical performances and theatrical productions.
The park is a popular destination for both locals and tourists

visiting Dapitan City. It is known for its festive atmosphere
and colorful decorations, making it a fun and memorable
experience for visitors. Whether you're looking for a day of
thrills and excitement or simply want to enjoy a leisurely
stroll through the park, Gloria's Fantasyland has something
for everyone to enjoy.
WEEKLY DIARY
As an electrical student, my immersion experience was both

challenging and rewarding. During my immersion, I learned
a great deal about the practical application of electrical
principles and gained valuable hands-on experience in the
field. I also encountered several issues along the way, but
through perseverance and problem-solving skills, I was able
to overcome them.
One of the main learnings from my immersion was the

importance of teamwork and communication in the field of
electrical. I had the opportunity to work with a team of
experienced various projects, and I quickly realized that
effective communication and collaboration are key to
success. By working closely with my team members and
sharing ideas and insights, we were able to tackle complex
problems and come up with innovative solutions.
Another important learning experience was gaining practical

knowledge of electrical systems and equipment. I had the
chance to work with a wide range of electrical equipment,
from power distribution systems to control panels. This
hands-on experience was invaluable and helped me better
understand how theoretical concepts are applied in real-world
situations.
During my immersion, I also faced several challenges, such

as dealing with technical issues and tight deadlines. One
particular issue I encountered was a malfunctioning control
panel that was causing delays in a project. To resolve this
issue, I worked closely with my team to troubleshoot the
problem and eventually fixed the control panel, allowing the
project to proceed as planned.
Overall, my immersion experience was incredibly rewarding.

I learned a great deal about the field of electrical and gained
valuable practical skills that will benefit me in my future
career. I also developed important teamwork and problem-
solving skills that will serve me well in any professional
REFLECTION
My immersion as an electrical student was a transformative

experience that provided me with valuable insights and skills
that will benefit me throughout my career. One of the key
takeaways from my immersion was the importance of hands-
on experience in understanding complex concepts. Working
in a real-world setting allowed me to apply the theoretical
knowledge I had gained in the classroom to practical
situations, giving me a deeper understanding of how
electrical systems work.
Another important aspect of my immersion was the

opportunity to work with a team of experienced electricians
Collaborating with professionals in the field not only helped
me develop my technical skills but also taught me the
importance of effective communication and teamwork in
achieving common goals. I learned how to effectively
communicate my ideas and work collaboratively with others
to solve problems and complete projects.
One of the challenges I faced during my immersion was

adapting to the fast-paced nature of the industry. I had to
quickly learn to prioritize tasks and manage my time
effectively to meet deadlines. This experience taught me
valuable time management skills that I will carry with me
into my future career.
Overall, my immersion as an electrical student was an

invaluable experience that provided me with a solid
foundation for my future career. I gained practical skills,
developed important professional relationships, and learned
valuable lessons that will help me succeed in the field of
electrical.
