    Under the name of Mrs. Nguyen Huyen Tram.
    c. BeMind Nguyen Dinh Chieu: 37 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District
    1; Under the name of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam.
    d. BeMind Pasteur: 230/17 Pasteur, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 1; Under the
    name of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong.

    I declare that I, Le Thi Thuy Trang is the legal owner of BeMind Cafe
    Company Limited and as well as the 4 franchised businesses as specified
    above. The information provided in this declaration is true and accurate to
    the best of my knowledge, and I am aware of the legal consequences of
    providing false information.
