We introduce our SR Speaker

Through 3D CNC machining, the wood required to make the enclosure is accurately produced
and machined without any errors. This precision not only reduces product deviation to a
minimum but also achieves high productivity and price competitiveness. Besides, it has many
advantages in that we can freely make any number of test samples required for R&D.

Machined enclosure parts are assembled precisely through 3D CNC. Before painting, puttying
and sanding works are done by hand.

Korean-style speaker created by the collaboration

of the best infrastructure and overseas produced technologies.

Painting the speaker is a critical process. It does not just paint the speaker but also protects the
speaker from various external contamination. At this time, the appearance quality is determined
by the type of paint. The polyurea paint used in the speakers are specially manufactrued
by Korea's largest and most famous paint company and is the only paint used for KOOON
speakers. However, simply using good paint doesn't mean the result will be good, so painting
must be done by a professional workers, and KOOON Audio meets all requirements.

Speakers Painting

After painting the enclosure, the first and second inspections are implemented if there is no
problem, assembly will be started. Various materials, including prepared screws and passive
networks, are all manually assembled by skilled experts.

Assembly

The third inspection is performed on the assembled speaker. The overall product condition,
including the appearance, is inspected, and after passing through, QC team finally checks
the overall product appearance and the electrical characteristics. Using equipment and
programs such as AP and Smaart Live, the frequency characteristics, impedance and
radiation pattern, etc are measured to check whether the product is abnormal. If there is no
abnormality, the product's unique barcode is assigned, and the box is packaged.

A lot of research was done at the design stage for both the full-range and
subwoofers, and both used high-output drivers to produce maximum power
at 8 inches. From the design of the bass port, we tried to express the
softness and warmth of the sound by using the line array waveguide made
of wooden material of our own design rather than a ready-made product.
