    INFRES METHODEX PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as IMPL) agrees to repair the equipment
    specified herein on the terms and conditions mentioned below.

    I. This agreement shall remain in force for a period of one year from the Commencement Date, as mentioned
    above (hereinafter called the stated period).
    II. The charges specified above are those CURRENTLY in effect and subject to ESCALATION each year.
    III. IMPL shall provide any attention required by reported breakdowns of the machine.
    IV. IMPL shall replace free of cost all defective spare parts provided that the failures are attributed to normal wear
    and tear and not mishandling, improper operation or tampering by any person not authorized by IMPL, or to
    abnormal power fluctuations. Spares do not include replacement of external covers, panels of the machine or
    any plastic/glass parts. IMPL’s liability will be restricted to the supply of serviceable parts required to make
    the machine operational. The defective parts replaced shall be the property of IMPL.
    V. The customer shall not resite the equipment as this agreement is only in respect of the present site, unless
    otherwise mutually agreed. This agreement does not cover charges for shifting. On resiting, the customer will
    pay charges for inspection and reinstallation as applicable. The customer shall pay for repairs necessitated
    owing to damages, if any, caused due to resiting.
    VI. In the event of major repair necessitating removal of the machine to IMPL Service Centre, the customer shall
    pay all transportation and handling costs involved.
    VII. Every effort will be made by IMPL to render prompt and effective service but IMPL does not assume any
    liability for damage or loss caused by delays or during rendering of maintenance service hereunder for any
    reason whatever or due to occurrence of any event beyond the control of IMPL.
