2. I shall be held responsible, if any discrepancy is found in the recitals of the property furnished in the

3. The self validated photographs and map of the subject matter property attached herewith show the
true and correct situation of the property.
4. I, hereby, declare that the information given by me is true and correct to the best of my knowledge
and belief and nothing has been concealed by me. I also undertake that in case of incorrect
information submitted by me, legal action may be taken against me.
5. I have executed this instrument with free and fair consent and without any pressure and in good
mental & physical health.

declare that, I have digital handed over and deposited digital original title deeds described in Schedule-A
pertaining to the property/properties mentioned in Schedule-B in the presence of Mr. Anuj Pratap Singh,
MANAGER, null,, Centrum Housing Finance Limited,Ground Floor Alaknanda Tower-2, Opposite Aditya College
Patel Nagar City Centre Gwalior (M.P) with the intent to create an equitable mortgage over said the property as
security for the debt/loan of Rs.829592 /- (Eight Lakh Twenty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Two)
Rupees for Equitable Mortgage / Deposit of Title Deed for SSI/Housing Purposes upto 10 crores, together with
interest, cost charges and expenses thereon due and payable to the bank.
THIS MEMORANDUM OF ENTRY is made at the Place Gwalior and date 21.11.2024 set out in the Schedule
We hereof by Person (s) named in Schedule we Mrs. Meena W/o Shri Mahesh, Age 53 Years, R/o Village
Khera & Post Aroli, Tehsil Gormi, Dist. Bhind, I hereof (hereinafter referred to as "Borrower/ Depositor(s)",
which expression shall include his/her heirs, executors and permitted assigns as the case may be) attended Mrs.
Meena W/o Shri Mahesh, R/o Village Khera & Post Aroli, Tehsil Gormi, Dist. Bhind, the office of Centrum
Housing Finance Limited (a company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and registered as
a housing finance institution within the meaning of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 and having its registered
office at Unit 801, Centrum House, CST Road, Vidyanagri Marg, Kalina, Santa Cruz (East), Mumbai 400098) at
its office located at address mentioned in in Schedule - I(hereinafter referred to as "Lender" which expression
shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors in
interest, assigns and heirs) and met the authorized officer of the Lender, as detailed in Schedule - I ("Lender's
Representative"), with an intention to create an equitable mortgage over the Property/ies more particularly
described in the Schedule to the Loan Agreement executed by the Borrower on date mentioned in Schedule - I
hereof("Loan Agreement") written to secure the repayment to the Lender for the loan agreed to be granted or
granted up to the extent of detailed in Schedule I hereof ("Loan") by the Lender under the Loan Agreement.
The Borrower/ Depositor(s) made deposit of the title deeds to the Lender's Representative with an intent to create
security by way of equitable mortgage by deposit of title deeds listed in Schedule II attached hereto("Title
Deeds")on Immovable Properties of the Borrower/ Depositor(s) as described in Schedule III , together with all
buildings and structures thereon and all fixtures and fittings attached to the earth or permanently fastened to
anything attached to the earth, both present and future, for the due repayment, discharge and redemption by the
Borrower/ Depositor(s) to the Lender for the Loan sanctioned by the Lender to the Borrower/ Depositor(s)
together with all interest, liquidated damages, costs, charges, expenses, guarantee commission and other monies,
payable under its Loan Agreement / Loan Document /Sanction Letter / memorandum of terms and conditions.
Whilst depositing the said Title Deeds/giving such oral consent, the Borrower/ Depositor(s), stated that the
Borrower/ Depositor(s)has/have deposited the Title Deeds in his /her/their capacity as Owner of the immovable
property/ Partner / Attorney / Authorized Signatory of the Borrower/ Depositor(s)with intent to create the
Security Interest on the Immovable Property/ies as aforesaid to secure the Loan and was duly authorized to give
the aforesaid oral consent and make deposit of the Title Deeds as aforesaid.
The Borrower/ Depositor(s) has/have further stated that as long as any amount is outstanding under the said
Loan the Borrower(s) shall not create any further charge on the Immovable Properties and that the Immovable
Properties shall be a continuing security whether the balance in the Loan at any point of time is extinguished or
becomes nil or comes to credit
