    SEVEN (7) DAYS NOTICE OF OWNER’S INTENTION TO RECOVER PREMISES


    The above subject matter refers.

    I have the instructions of Mrs. Comfort Omotayo Opeyemi (hereinafter called “my client”) the Landlord of the
    apartment which you are occupying presently as a tenant situated at 2 Sikiru Yusuf, Council Bus stop,
    Idimu,Lagos State to give you this seven (7) days notice to vacate and deliver up possession of the single room
    and appurtenances you occupy in the above property as a tenant.

    We shall at the expiration of this notice apply to court for summons to eject you, if you fail to deliver the possession by
    the expiration of the seven (7) clear days of from service of this notice. For the avoidance of doubt, your notice
    period shall commence from 11th October, 2024 and expire 17th October 2024. her as a tenant at the above
    address, at the expiration of your current tenancy which expires on the 31st day of September 2024.
