Feeding Pregnant and Lactating Women

Pregnant and lactating women need nutritious meals. And additional 300 kcal per day is
required for a pregnant woman while 500 kcal per day is necessary for a lactating mother.
To meet those requirements, food intake has to be adjusted.

Plan a whole-day menu for a pregnant woman and a lactating mother taking into
consideration their nutritional requirements.
