A technically adept professional with over 6 years of experience in owning and managing multiple products of varying
sizes, with acute business acumen in niche industries, from B2B SaaS products catering to the crème de la crème of the
industry to up-and-coming brands venturing into the forays of the B2C online marketplaces.
A data consumer at heart, I seek potential profitable market problems, and productize them by working with teams on all

and Spend Control modules.
● Integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 from scratch into the Centime CRM ecosystem for Accounts Payable,
Receivable and Digital Payments.
● Ideated and roadmapped the Spend Control module, a standalone product offering targeting businesses in
the NA region.

Eshopbox is a B2B2C e-commerce seller aggregator. Led the product team for all core and premium services,
vendor relations, third party integrations and digital payments.
● Built digital payment solutions focusing on instant payments, invoicing, taxation, digital wallets, and accounts
payable, targeting the SME ecosystem, utilizing APIs and webhooks for >99% uptime and accuracy.
● Integrated e-commerce and quick-commerce marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, ONDC) for an
omnichannel solution for brands of all sizes and industries, increasing daily sales from 12k to 80k orders.
● Partner and work with GenAI solutions to achieve > 98% uptime for customer support and queries.

● Led a team of 6 to implement a 100% Cloud-based, Big Data, ETL SaaS product to enable investment firms
to pull real-time, index data through APIs reaching 40k+ daily API calls with 98% uptime.
● First-hand analysis of user data and feedback to make informed decisions to iterate on product features,
leading to an increase in positive user feedback by 16% and customer retention by 28%.
● Led product development through the entire SDLC, from ideation to design to GTM (0 to 1), while growing the
