The site is located or the skyscrapper building hotel will be in Shagar city
• Parking along the street that connects koye fetche square with tulu dimtu square
( a street under the new corridor development project) and infront of
Addis Ababa science and technology university.
This hotel will be a meeting place, a gathering spot

The hotel skyscrapper building facing various loads it is designed to have
combinations of structural elements with different techniques, phases and
layers of the building.
The foundation: Because the soil type on the site is observed to be a black soil
type and with its high clay content and tendency to swell and shrink with
ELEVATORS changes in moisture content, the building will use a pile foundation type. This
type of foundation is done as follows
• Pile Installation: to increase its bearing capacity
• Under-reaming: to enlarge the base of the pile and create an under-reamed
bulb.

• Concrete Filling: to fill the void and provide structural strength.
