    ORDER SETTING TRIAL ON POSSESSION COUNT

    This case is set for a trial on the possession count of Plaintiff’s Unlawful Detainer
    complaint on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Martha Reeves
    Cook in Courtroom 570 of the Jefferson County Courthouse, 716 Richard Arrington Jr.
    Boulevard North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203, (205) 325-5336. All parties, witnesses,
    and evidence shall be present and available on this date and time.

    The trial of this case will begin promptly on the date and time shown in this
    order. If a party fails to appear in court within 15 minutes of the time shown in this
    order, the Court may enter a judgment or take other adverse action against that party.

    Upon receipt of this order, any unrepresented party in this case shall contact
    the Court at 205-325-5336 to provide the party’s email address, phone number(s), and
    to verify the party’s mailing address. Note: An unrepresented party seeking legal
    representation should promptly contact the Birmingham Bar Association, Volunteer
    Lawyers Birmingham, or Legal Services of Alabama directly to request possible
    representation before the date and time shown in this order.

    The Court will mail a copy of this Order to the Defendants.
