12 WEEK
PROGRAMME
Surrender House Centre incorporates a broad approach to each individuals healing process. We put
a high emphasis on the Love factor at our facility; we believe this to be a very productive angle in the
therapeutic journey. Our centre can hold 15 people therefore we individualize our treatment to the
best of our ability. Our specialized team consists of members who have walked their own road to
recovery successfully and they now dedicate their lives to leading others to freedom. Included in this
team are social workers, psychologists and doctors. Together we have designed a 12 week
programme that tackles many different elements of healing through an intense but life changing 12
week programme. A 12 week programme is long enough for extensive healing to take place and
short enough to not intrude into family, career or studies. Depending on the progress of the
individual, their programme can be extended if needed. Repetition strengthens and confirms and
then becomes natural therefore it may require that certain individuals spend more than 3 months
for treatment to be more effective in the recovery journey as certain individuals take a longer time
to break behavior and habit patterns. Our programme is designed to not only equip the individual
with the tools needed to sober up but provides them an opportunity to practice this daily. Our goal
is to assist the individual in finding his/her true purpose so that they may never live or lead a
meaningless life ever again.
The most beautiful part of our programme is that we equip the individual to go out and help others
who are in the very same situation where that individual once was. It gives them a broader
understanding of what their problem really consists of so that we may make the approach, which
always has a positive result because we believe that there is no better education when it comes to
addiction than real life experience.
It is of utmost importance to us to return each individual back into reality as a new and reformed
human being who can then be a productive member of society. When that individual walks through
our doors we gain a new family member of which we get to share the good news with that provided
the spade work gets done:
WE DO RECOVER!
